i stay here often and usually leave no reviews good or bad experiences, but this time was awful. i got a non smoking rm and it reeked of cigarettes i immediately called the front desk to alert this issue they had said “i don’t know why it smells like cigarettes, maybe someone was in there and just smoked? they aren’t supposed to. i don’t know why it would smell like that” the only thing offered to help was air freshener which did not help much. my boyfriend who is allergic to cigarette smoke dealt with watery eyes all night and my sinuses were messed up until we left. and the bathroom was also awful, nowhere to set anything down and the shower leaked. like i said im a regular here and never say anything about anything but this was awful. $150 to be uncomfortable the whole time was not worth it this time. but the keys worked and that’s always great!

Breakfast was bread and cereal items only. Juice and coffee. So "continental". The whole 2nd floor hallway smelled like rotisserie chicken had been spilled.

Breakfast was the basic items no hot items. Parking was well lit in front. Front desk person was friendly and accommodating. I would return when back in Connecticut.

Ok breakfast and a fine location for our stay before flying out of Bradly Airport. Seemed dafe, just older.

No communication from staff. We were evacuated by fire alarms at 3:30 am and had to be outside for at least 30 minutes. Fire truck came but no one from staff explained what happened nor told us when we could go back unto the building. No smoke, no fire.

I really hate to complain, but the first thing that turned me off was my toilet was dirty. That drives me absolutely crazy. The TV remote did not work. The bathroom door was absolutely filthy needed to be repainted. Then the lock on the door was broken. All the screws were out except one. You could hear everything through the walls and to top it off the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and everyone had to leave the hotel and there was nothing wrong. Then it was so noisy after that because no one could go back to sleep. I was basically up all night. Sorry, but I would not stay there again.
