从我们走进酒店的那一刻起，一切都糟透了。如果房间能退款，我早就走了，去别的地方住了。酒店里一股难闻的味道，我们不得不捏着鼻子走到房间。马桶是坏的，我们不得不找人来修，那个人根本不知道自己在干什么。他说修好了之后，马桶冲水时声音巨大。卫生间的门根本关不严。暖气吹出来的是冷风。外面非常吵，有人在大喊大叫，车辆来来往往，听起来就像我的窗户开着一样，但实际上并没有。我的床前面是用木块垫着的。我不会向我认识的任何人推荐这家酒店，也绝不会再预订。这真是一家非常非常糟糕的酒店，如果能打0分，我早就打了。

filthy, no hot water, rooms etc dirty, roaches in breakfast area crawling all over on floor, wouldnt offer a refund when this was brought to their attention! rude workers,They dont tell you about no hot water til youve already paid, you ask to speaker to manager and get told maybe a few hours or more before they are there if they are there, Should not be open for public until its cleaned up and sanitary to eat in, tables were crumbs on them and sticky

This place just needs to be closed for good dude the whole attempt of being run like a hotel should be is failed they are overpriced under staffed and the staff they do have are the worst people you would EVER want to see when you are on vacation or even a business trip smh just horrible

This hotel is a dump do not stay there. Dirty, trash pilled up, smelled of mold. The room they gave did not blanket on the bed. Dirty towel left in the bathroom. People were living there. Left right away. Went to another hotel. Hotel should be closed.

ABSOLUTE DUMP!!!! Dirty from the moment you walk in. Went up to the room and hall smelled like nothing but ****. Kids running in the hall and babies screaming. No TV remote, burn holes in the sheets. Actually left and just ate the $60. STAY AWAY

The staff here is always been very friendly very helpful and very accommodating. The management responds to inquiries quickly and does their best to fix the problem. They Have a nice little team of employees here that works well together... kinda like a small little family. I'd recommend this place to just about anybody.

First red flag, my door had pry marks on it. There was a red and brown spatter stain inside the room. The place smelled. The mattress was brown. Everything stained and dirty. I was staying alone and genuinely felt I was in danger. I left after 40 minutes and they refused to refund me. I’d rather stay at the actual American horror story ****** house than this place.
