When I first get I had to wait like an hour to get checked in the Customer service was awful, the room and the water were smelling really bad.

Got to my room had a little problem with the refrigerator not working they came right up with a new refrigerator and replaced it.

Coffee maker didn't work and the internet access?? The Wi-Fi would disconnect multiple times and each time I'd have to restart my computer just to reconnect to the internet again. Also, I'm already a Choice member, but on the sign up page for "free" unlimited internet, there is no login button. I tried signing up with an alternative email address and it kept giving me an error. Please give out passcodes to access the internet like normal hotels!! On the bright side, the bed and bed linens were awesome and the room was clean and well lit. Also, the shower had great water pressure too.The front desk staff was amazing and super nice and helpful.

3 things i did not like while i was here... the man that works the day shift is quite ride. Apperently i was in his way getting coffee after breakfast and he stood behind me the entire time grunting. Everything from breakfast time was pretty much put up and the coffee was the last thing and i guess he was in a rush or samething but nonetheless it was rude as hell how he was acting. Then I had a visitor at 10:45AM and he was trying to charge me already for another person!! He came to our door twice within an hour over it and both times he was just rude. The 3rd would be house keeping. Our last day while we were packing up and putting stuff in the car she just stood at the door waiting on us to leave like we were the only people there that she was waiting on. She kept looking at us as if we were doing something wrong while she was talking to the other house keeper. It was just flat out uncalled for and very unprofessional. I really should have messed the room up so she actually had something to clean!! The ladyvin the afternoons was amazing though!! The room was "lean

我们抵达时被告知需要支付100美元的押金,我不得不刷卡支付,现在还在等这笔钱退回来。我们预订了吸烟房,但房间里却没有烟灰缸。我们想躺下看会儿电视,但电视信号源卡在HDMI上,遥控器也无法切换。前台告诉我们必须等维修人员来帮我们换。他们最后只好直接给我们换了一台电视。我决定去洗澡,结果花洒堵塞得太严重,根本无法正常出水。第二天早上我想泡杯咖啡,却发现房间里的咖啡机坏了。我试图打电话给前台,结果电话也打不通。

住宿期间非常安静,房间宽敞,床很舒服。我们多次要求客房服务,但都没有得到服务,早餐中缺少果汁和咸味食物以及水果。除此之外,一切都很顺利,游泳池也不能使用,这让我们很沮丧,因为我们就是因为这个原因才选择这家酒店的。
