I have stayed at this Comfort Suites Inn hotel many times in the past. It is a nice and quiet hotel. It is located on Highway 69 and is surrounded by many restaurants and shopping stores. The room is clean, beautiful, and cozy. The staff is friendly, and they provide a good breakfast. I will definitely come back again.

"My recent stay at this hotel was the worst experience I've had. The carpet was in poor condition, and I had trouble accessing my room. The breakfast hours changed without notice, and the front desk staff were unfriendly. Housekeeping didn't clean my room during my stay. I checked in on August 29, 2025 and checked out on September 1st Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel due to its poor service and maintenance issues."

There were no ice machines. When I asked at the front desk I was given a bag of ice that would barely fill my Stanley. Nearest exit door to my room was locked! I couldn’t even go OUT the door. Definite fire hazard. Breakfast didn’t start until 6:30.

ABSOLUTELY AWFUL! This hotel was grungy, the room was disgusting (including a dirty sock!), stains everywhere! It was so bad, I left immediately- on a nonrefundable room! Just swallowed the cost of the room and went to find another. Never again!

My mother and I travelled from California for family gatherings. We checked in on the 4th of July to sign a document in agreement to not smoke in the room. We were given room 310 that was consumed with the smell of smoke so the night front desk clerk changed our room to 303. A request for a handicap assessable room was totally ignored; The jacuzzi tub was oversized and extremely difficult for me to get in, it was filthy and I have pictures in support of all issues described in my review. My 81 year old mother with dementia and Parkinson's was unable to bathe; please take note that just because a grab bar is added does not make the room a handicap assessable room. The air conditioner face cover was not just heavy but unsecured so when maintenance could not fix the issue his explanation was that all the air conditioners were replaced but the covers were not and unfortunately are not compatible so, he used tape that would not hold it in place! We also had a roach issue which was the final straw and front desk suggested to move us again but at this time it was midnight. I explained that I would appreciate if we could be compensated for this inconvenience and check out by 11am with no penalties and a refund for the additional night that was prepaid. The night clerk stated that all of the complaints were noted in the system and that management would remedy this issue and all I needed to do was speak with the morning shift and refer to his notes. This morning I had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Mallory Williams the morning shift and there were no notes that depicted this unpleasant experience. Mr. Williams understood this uncomfortable inconvenience; he took action immediately versus treating me like I was the inconvenience. I served 15 years in the hospitality industry with 10 serving with Starwood properties. Mr. Williams is the epitome of what excellent customer service should look like! Thank you Mr. Mallory Williams for your impeccable service and your ability to clean up behind your coworkers with exquisite professionalism. Job well done!

I thought by choosing a national brand like comfort suites there would be basic standards in place (why I didn’t read reviews 1st). I was wrong! This place was awful and now makes me question all comfort suites in the future. It’s very rundown and in need of some serious cleaning and updates. Torn curtains, holes in wall, tub bad. I will never stay here again… especially when there are 20+ hotels nearby for the same price and more stars! The pictures tell all! I only gave it 2 stars cause bed comfy and quiet in my room.

The place was clean, staff was polite. However, they should not be renting rooms with inoperative tub/showers, smashed outlet plates (first night) or inoperative coffeemakers (second night). Declining establishment IMO, and there are several other options on the same block.
