Room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, and the climate control worked well. Appreciated the nightlight in the bathroom and that the fridge had a freezer compartment for our ice packs. We were on the third floor, so it was nice and quiet too.

Hot tub and pool area is nice but need more balls for the basketball so more people can play and not hog it. Breakfast was good for hotel breakfast but on Monday morning since less people they didn’t have much even with an hour left. Otherwise nice place.

The hotel itself is fine, but we had no WiFi access during our stay. I called the front desk and waited about 5 minutes to speak with someone. She told me it was an internet company issue and that she couldn’t help. I then called the internet company’s helpline, and they told me the hotel could give me the passcode. I called the front desk again, but they said they didn’t have it because the internet company had changed it in the middle of the week.
晚上睡不好！
我刚进门的时候，不得不等着有人帮忙——办理入住的工作人员太忙了，忙着玩手机，用iPad看电影。一点印象都没有。根本没有人接待。办理入住手续很匆忙，根本没时间回答问题。
下一个问题是……浴缸排水不畅。我站在4英寸深的水里。感觉很恶心。
最后一个也是最大的问题是——我们睡不着，因为关门的声音很响。门关得不是很轻。它们会砰的一声关上。整晚都是这样。我们两边都只能听到这种声音。我还会再住这里吗？绝对不会。我今天做了髋关节手术，一夜没睡。
住宿很糟糕，那天是我儿子的生日，工作人员很粗鲁，让我的女儿感觉不舒服，我们提前离开了，再也没有回来
热水浴缸整晚都关着，因为孩子们失控地按了电源开关，前台告知了此事，但被告知无法重置，需要明天早上维修。
即使我们在泳池区，也有8个7-12岁以下的孩子在无人看管的情况下乱跑乱闹。
对于任何在泳池区的家庭来说，这都是一次糟糕的体验。
周末住宿体验很棒。
住宿体验很棒。没什么问题，但我在酒店住的时间也不长。
浴室干净整洁。走廊里偶尔会飘来一股**味。
我们只是在长途旅行后停下来过夜。这里干净舒适。早餐是标准的免费早餐。我们在这里住过很多次，每次经过这个地区，这里都是我们的首选。
入住前台很友好，也很乐于助人。我办理了入住手续，去了******厕所，大约10:30回来，然后上床睡觉。大约15分钟后，我的脚踝开始发痒肿胀，我知道是被什么东西咬了，但肉眼什么也看不见，于是我拿出手机放大查看，发现床单和枕头上到处都是黑点。洗了两次澡后我就离开了。我打电话给酒店管理部门，他们说他们什么也没发现，也不会采取任何措施（当然，他们会这么说），但我的脚和脚踝肿了，还有照片可以证明我的说法。
这张床就像是睡在或试图睡在折叠的纸板上。
