"This was the worst service I have ever experienced at a Resort. They supplied bottled water and dental kits without informing us that these would be chargeable, and even basic RO water was not provided in the rooms. Shockingly, they charged us for drinking water and dental kits. The food quality was terrible; I have never tasted such bad food before. On top of that, there was continuous construction noise, making it impossible to rest. The room doors were in loose condition, adding to the discomfort. Staff response was unprofessional and careless, with no proper communication or assistance. Overall, a very disappointing and unpleasant stay

I booked 6 rooms( for 13 adults and 12 kids) for one day stay at mahabalipuram with Coco retreat, we suppose to check-in at 5 pm but went late to the hotel however though rooms were not even ready even at 11pm (Without soap, shampoo,water bottle and WATER etc) somehow we managed that night!! but next day morning was just horrible, even morning also NO water in any of the rooms, somehow when plumber came to the hotel at 9am in the morning then we got the water. When asked for soap then guy went to the nearest store to get the soap (Lifebuoy) and shampoo and this was provided at 9:30 am. We almost waiting for water and soap from morning 6 am to 9:30 am. Then after taking bath, when reached for the buffet breakfast, nothing was there except (little khichdi and few idlis). Behavior of the chef and other kitchen staff was just like we were begging the food and they were just providing it from their house. We never experienced such a bad bad bad service and hospitality in our life. They dont have have a normal common sense and calulation how many are checked in at the hotel and for how many food must be prepared. We have to run behind with them for an hour in the resturant for our breakfast. Food they were thrwon on our face (Sorry to say, but it was just like that only) completely poor quality just like what you get on road side near to any small bus stand and railway station. PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL\RESORT.
