I was pleasantly surprised with our stay. Rooms clean, staff friendly and helpful (the luggage cart was rather full and the Front desk clerk offered to help me which I thought was kind and out going). Decent price, shopping and eateries close by.
The only problem(?) was, yes they have a breakfast in the morning , they need to add some hot foods to it not everyone eats cold breakfast.
I have always heard not so good things about Microtel and this stay proved to be just the opposite
I would definitely stay again..

Staff terrible, one smelled of body odor which permeated the lobby, the other smoked and permeated the lobby. The office behind check in looked like a tornado went through it. I only stayed one night and there wasn’t enough toilet paper and not an extra roll in the room anywhere. Pillows were the horrible, I’ve had better in a hospital. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. They nickel and dime you for everything. Charge for non smoking charge for late check out, charge for room switch. Dead bugs on window seat. Front desk person had to call management twice, once when I called prior to arrival and had to call back and again at check in. I’m a pretty reasonable traveler but I will never stay at a Microtel chain again, it was like staying at a pay by the hour hotel. Very disappointing for Wyndham property.

Coffee was always empty, asked for extra pillows due to medical issues told to make do with what we had. Rim of toilet was caked with black mold
