I here write English to help you understand my comments rightly. we understand and well konw the cost of soft drink do not including in the meal and we order the two fruit drinks in your menu but the service man tell us do not have and order a bottle of water ，he tell us again do not have （but I see the service man serve other table the bottle of water） at last we order the more expensive soft drink and your hotel have. I hope your service man can treat equal for every guest

喜欢海边的可以体验，因为酒店独占一大片海域，对比大梅沙海域和周边五星级酒店以及三亚，这里绝对可以胜出。
很棒的宽阔沙滩，干净的区域，带海景的房间很好，工作人员很周到，房间每天打扫，床单全部换新，早餐也很美味。我们很喜欢。
房间超级旧，到处是蚂蚁和虫子，我们定了两个晚上，第二天实在受不了想退房，酒店不同意，而且房间绝对不是相片照出来那样，能选择其他的酒店还是选择新一点的酒店，别像我们一样踩雷，那来的好评不知道

酒店就在印度洋边上，去沙滩玩特别方便。所有酒店员工都很热情。晚上的泳池也很舒服，还有酒吧可以喝啤酒哦。

酒店环境和位置都很好，但是服务不好，尤其是餐厅的服务人员很不友好，领位的位置不好，歧视中国人。用餐期间还发生了很不愉快的事，影响心情，我们晚餐在酒店吃自助餐，之前在斯里兰卡的酒店吃自助晚餐都会算在房间里一起计费，旅行后几天也有的餐厅需要单独计费的，但都会在用餐中途拿来你的账单和你说下。 这个餐厅倒好，服务人员不少，没有什么服务也不会给你添水什么的，在我们用餐中途和结束没有人拿来账单，我们以为房间计费，就很自然的离开，然后服务员像追着贼一样，慌乱的拦住我们，大声说没有付费，很粗鲁没有礼貌，没有人想故意不付款，但是行为和表情就是很歧视国人很让人气愤。再说服务人员只会推销你买酒或者饮料（斯里兰卡自助餐不提供饮料） 我们当时点了柠檬水，告诉我没有，我说那就要矿泉水也行，因为真的不想喝饮料，然后告诉我也没有（我明明看见之前服务员拿着矿泉水送给白人一桌，赤裸裸的歧视） 最后想着服务员可能需要挣消费就点了三杯果汁。但是过程很让人不愉快。 这是我们住了这么多次酒店，唯一想要写评论的酒店 就是因为这些不愉快的经历。

一家老旧的酒店，服务和设施都低于国际标准。没有健身房，设施很差。
唯一的好处是它位于海滨。然而，沙滩上乌鸦成群，它们会在早上五点把你吵醒。沙子也不够白，有些甚至是黑色的。
这可能已经是亭可马里最好的酒店了，但考虑到价格，与亚洲其他国际海滩目的地相比，还是令人失望。我不会再来了。
早餐：到处都是苍蝇！！！！而且他们也不换菜单。
