We had a fantastic experience staying at Quest Townsville on Eyre. From the moment we arrived, Julian's service stood out — he was incredibly kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. He made us feel so welcome and well looked after throughout our stay.
Our accommodation was absolutely perfect — spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed and more. We truly enjoyed every moment and felt right at home.
We highly recommend Quest Townsville on Eyre to everyone. It exceeded our expectations, and we will definitely be staying here again. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Our 2 bedroom apartment was a bit tired/ had a few issues such as: ensuite shower recess leaks water onto bathroom floor. Clothes dryer unserviceable. Rooms were well appointed with everything you need, but are a little tired and could do with a refresh. Eg, older carpets with stain.
When checking in at 2:30pm, we were advised that the advertised on-site parking was already full and that we would have to park on the street. I made the issues known to reception who hopefully took note so the issues could be addressed. An offer of a free night to try the hotel again on another stay, or a discount would have been appreciated due to the issues encountered.
At nearly $500 for the 1 night, we didn’t find good value in this hotel. We will likely try another hotel for our next Townsville stay.
