one of the worst experience the behaviour of the staff very rude charge six thousands more for dinner and ac but they didnot on the ac as they have control at below and switch off and after various reminder if they on used nearly one two hour for two three days they charges for 8 days and for dinner they charged 300 per day but the quality of dinner is so bad that the thali they gave has not worth more than rs 50 and I was not able to eat it properly the person at reception I donot know the name charged me the full amount of ac and dinner as on 30th April I didnot take dinner he also charge for me and talked to me in very rude behaviour paying almost 3000 day but the worth of hotel is below 1000 and in bufe menu was same daily in fruit banana and water melon daily no change after various request.i will not recommend this hotel to anyone as I am regular customer of make my trip request you to please ask the hotel to refund rsc6000 that they have charged excess without giving the facilities of ac and good dinner very worst experience you should blacklist these types of hotel from your portal

I stayed here for 1 days. If I talk about my overall experience, it was fine. There was peace. It is a good place but the behaviour of the counter staff is not good. Kitchen is not available. The rooms are good. Hygiene is maintained well proper wifi.. Rode side breakfast might be a bit better than a complementary breakfast..

The property location is good enough sideline to the main road,
we asked for a twin bed sharing room but it was not available but the next day they confirmed the availability.

Had a great experience at Hotel Swan In. Good and quick service. Cooperative Staff. The complementary breakfast was also good.
Overall good and worth it. The location of the hotel is in good area near market.

don't trust app they are fake , they provide corporate employees stays from my biz , to giving fake promises that WiFi will be there in a property, being a corporate employee faced terrible experience not trust worthy never ever use this app. did 5 times complain no resolution found , terrible experience ever
