There were bugs in the pool, bugs in the room, some weird powder on one of the mattresses. Tried to contact someone about the bugs, never could find a person and when I did he was visiting with his family in the lobby.

The room is amall and bathroom smelled like disinfect spray that wouldn't go away. Bathroom definitely needs uodated and cleaned.

Guy at the front desk was very weird. The elevator doors sounded like thunder every time they opened or closed. Wouldn’t have been a problem but our room was next to the elevator.

Not Great
Parking was TERRIBLE! Very difficult to get in/out of parking garage without hitting another vehicle or a concrete pillar. Hotel needs major updating. Carpeting was filthy and my suggestion is to not wear white socks in the room. Outside hallways/stairways were dirty as well and that flooring looks decades old. They could have at least provided USB/outlet extensions as the electrical outlets were few and far between. The hair dryer was hard-wired into the wall and did not work. The front desk loaned me a hair dryer - also did not work. So disappointed with our stay - the biggest positives were comfortable beds and great water pressure and plenty of hot water in the shower.

An older hotel. Adequate breakfast. Just needed a place to shower and sleep. Friendly and helpful staff

Great location for travelers on a tight bidget.
The hotel is conveniently located in Keystone and good for travelers on a budget but needs updates to plumbing and interior.

这是一家汽车旅馆，我们住的房间在一楼，光线很暗，门对着停车场，房间真的很小，一点都不舒服。这家旅馆唯一的优点是离拉什莫尔山很近，而且位于基斯通中心，所以地理位置非常好。
