The room was clean, but the comforter had seen better days. After settling into the room, I went to turn on the lamp to do some hand work. I noticed that there was no light bulb! Went to the desk to ask for one and he said I don't have any. The Maintenace person will be in at 9am Saturday and will fix it. Got back Sat. nit and no bulb! Went to the desk and asked same guy I need a light bulb. He said sheepishly the Maintenace guy doesn't work on Sat. He then went to another room to get one!

The TV in lounge was blasting all night! Could hear it in thin walls in our room. No one watching it! Why isnt it turned off? No one available at desk at arrival during day hours. Persons were out smoking right at entrance by trash cans as we arrived and again when we left. That’s unattractive.

住宿体验很好。员工也很友好。
我的第一间房一点都不干净——客房服务员显然没尽到职责。
第二间房味道难闻。我要求退款，但因为我是通过第三方预订的，他们说不能保证退款。
第三间房是“升级”的，但即便如此也令人失望。地板黏糊糊的，淋浴也没有热水。
我要求和经理谈谈，但至今还没收到回复。
总而言之：千万别住这家酒店。
正如人们常说的：“地方差，服务也差。”

房间很干净，床也很舒服。但是，我入住时房间里没有毛巾，不得不向前台索要。另外，我的房间是套房，但唯一可用的垃圾桶是浴室里的一个小垃圾桶。小厨房水槽上方的灯具没有灯泡。幸运的是，我可以在办公桌上准备食物，那里有自己的灯，光线充足。
