The linen was horrible with cigarette burns and blood stains. One German cockroach that I killed and showed to the front desk, which of itself is enough for a bad review.

Staff was courteous. First room, the fridge had not been emptied and there was 2 containers of Thai food on there and the whole room stunk horribly. Lady was very nice and apologized, moved us to a similar room nearby. It was great. No hair dryer in room, and fiance freaked out but lady at desk gave me one. Disaster averted. I would stay again based on price and location near Rock City.

千万别住这里！这地方应该因为虚假广告被起诉，卫生部门应该关停！网站上的照片都是PS的，因为现实中的噩梦和照片大相径庭。这家汽车旅馆怎么还没被卫生部门关停，真是让我无法理解！我们不得不买漂白剂和来苏尔消毒液才能用房间里的卫生间。整个地方弥漫着香烟和污渍的味道。床罩上沾满了不明物质的污渍，还在勉强运转的空调上放着一把剃须刀片。
床很干净，但沙发看起来像是没打扫过。由于我的国际身份证，入住手续办理得很慢。房间里有熨斗和冰箱，但没有吹风机。对于一晚的短暂停留来说还不错，但我不会再去了。
床单发黄，污渍斑斑，还发霉了。床头板上还有血迹。虽然我们住的是无烟房，但房间里还是有烟味。打开浴室的灯，风扇也跟着响，满屋子都是臭味。
工作人员非常乐于助人，也很友好。他们给了我们很好的建议，告诉我们该去哪里玩，该去哪里玩。
