I am happy that my stay at Gir Serai was excellent. Right from check-in to check-out everything was well taken care off. Property has 30 rooms so you will never be ignored. Property is walking distance from Gir National Park office from where all safaris start. This is a huge advantage. Good landscaping at the hotel and it is nice for walks. Housekeeping is prompt and up to the mark. The staff - their hospitality is impeccable. This is what makes staying at IHCL properties great. Staff ensures you are taken care off. Although everyone was fantastic but special mention to few people who went out of their way & were outstanding: - Asim Maity (Front desk) - Jahid Bloch (Restaurant) - Adarsh Das (Restaurant)

Fantastic stay. The entire staff is so welcoming and goes out of their way to ensure the guests have a good time. The food is to die for. The property is beautiful and serene. It’s like a piece of heaven in the middle of the forest. Jahid and Apu stand out for their service. Definitely recommend the place.

I stayed there during the long weekend for 15th Aug and must say the experience was really good. Though I was there to celebrate my wife's birthday and they made it special. The property is old approx more than 55 yrs as told to me and well maintained. The room is good but the minibar wasn't working for my entire stay well I already raised that concern on the very first day I checked in. I am also a hotelier and must say that the USP for the property is the staff working there. They are humble and well mannered. Loved the uniforms. Amar at the reception was fantastic and really helpful in getting my safari booking. Wonderful stay !! Def gonna recommend to my friends. Food was also really good specially ala carte but the menu is very compressed. Less options I believe. Thanks for your hospitality!!

The location was amazing, and the service was wonderful. The staff were extremely helpful. One of my friends was unwell with food poisoning, and the team went out of their way to make us comfortable by providing hot water and suitable meals. They were available and supportive even at midnight.

We live in Rajkot and Sasan Gir is just a 3-4 hours drive away - a drive which in itself is invigorating (for most of its while!) This must have been our 6th or 7th visit at Sasan Gir with an overnight stay and 3rd / 4th stay at Gir Serai. Of all the places and resorts, I find the atmosphere in and around Gir Serai more calming and kind of "Authentic Gir" with its backdrop of Hiran River. This time round we were travelling as a couple without our son and especially enjoyed the high tea at the evening with a proloanged stay at the porch enjoying the onset of the evening. Javedbhai and Alidadbhai and other staff who now know us by our face were wonderful as always and went out of their way to make our stay and food experience special with typical keenness to serve and make us relaxed. Special thanks for acoommodating our special request for room - we are truly delighted! No need to say, always look forward to stay over there again! See you all and keep up the good work! Once again special thanks to Javedbhai and Alidadbhai. Appubhai's singing made our dinner memorable. And thanks to the entire staff again for making this stay memorable.

I stayed for 3 nights. It was an excellent stay. Enjoyed the location and hospitality. We went for a train ride from Sasan Gir station to the next station and came back by next train waiting there. It’s was fun. Spotted a few animals.

我们昨晚住在这家非常方便的酒店去参观狮子园。酒店的房间很漂亮，不是很宽敞，但是很舒适，还有一个漂亮的露台。什么都不缺：电视、咖啡机、浴室所需的一切、快速的无线网络。晚餐和早餐也不错。酒店还为我们组织了公园里的狩猎活动，时机非常好。
