Kempton is a good 3 star perhaps masquerading as a 4 star. I stayed in an Imperial room with a wonderful giant tub, spotlessly clean, very friendly maids, porters and helpful management. I arrived at 3am which meant rousing everyone from the security guard to a tired check in clerk, but all was okay. Be aware that for a European the breakfast is poor and this is a "family hotel" so no alcohol at dinner which is entirely Indian dishes save a couple of Chinese ones. 9am -4pm there was a loud banging as some building work was going on. It is however excellent value and worth its modest price for the large rooms.

The hotel is situated in the main city area near Park Street. Many of the tourist places are situated in the vicinity of the hotel. The staff and room service was good. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was very good all the days of our stay. We had dinner also 2 days. The dishes were delicious. We recommend the people for stay. However since the property is old the bathroom fittings etc were old and needed renovation.. Overall we enjoyed the stay.

别去。没有经理，也没有任何人处理问题。我尝试了一整天，他们总是说会尽快联系我，最后却说没有经理，老板也不愿意沟通。自助餐台上没有给婴儿的牛奶，开水壶也有异味，他们还是让我给孩子用。食物端上来是冷的，我们要求重新加热，他们却说不能把房间里的食物送回厨房。这一切都太不专业了。
酒店还可以，但是客房送餐服务简直糟糕透了。他们提供客房送餐服务，但餐厅的客人至少要等45分钟到1个小时。我入住的5天里一直都是这样。和我一起住的其他同事也有同样的感受，我们对酒店员工的服务很不满意。
这次住宿体验很差。洗手间糟糕透了，空间狭小，而且几乎没人要。既然豪华房都放不下第三张床，为什么还要接受预订？我10个小时就得退房。真是糟糕透了。
