Nice clean facility with outstanding staff and good selection of tasty dishes for breakfast. We had a 2 queen bed room and it could have used a 2nd night stand as well as/or a 2nd chair as the bed was too high to sit on without reclining. It is a resort town but there didn't appear to be facilities for parking with boat trailers. We had to park a fair distance from the door due to a truck with boat trailer parked sideways using several parking spaces. To be fair, they were apparently doing some construction and had storage trailers parked in one area which may be for boat trailers in the future. All in all, a good place to stay and we will return when traveling in the area.

Beware of your military/veteran benefits when booking here. They deny your rights. The GM does not like to be made aware of her or her employees inappropriate behavior toward guests and will make up lies about guests. I have taken this to the corporate level due to harassing correspondence from the GM, Pamela Callaway.

I reserved a room got to the hotel at 8am. Had a meeting to attend. Was told I couldn't check in early. Asked to check back by 11am the room will be ready. I called back and was told I can only check in at 3pm. I was forced to go to a different hotel. I canceled the reservation but was charged for the whole price. I have been a member supporting their business for the past 10 years. I called and spoke to the hotel manager Pamela who was extremely rude to me, I requested to speak to her supervisor and she gave me the contact to the corporate office I called and explained to a gentleman and he said a staff will call me the next day. Till date, No one has reached out to me. They lost a loyal member because of greed. I will make video about this on all social media Platforms so No one will be a victime of their scam

酒店回复: Dear Sir, you arrived at our hotel at 8:00 a.m. wanting to be checked into your room that was currently occupied by the guest who had rented it the night before. As I explained to you, we only have two suites, and both were occupied by other guests. Those guests had until 11:00 a.m. to check out. I explained to you that I would be more than happy to call you once they checked out and we had the room cleaned for you. No one ever called you to say you couldn't check in until 3:00pm. We had no issue with you checking in early, and offered to help you do that. You left the hotel at 8:15am and called back at 9:00am to cancel your reservation. Our hotel policy is a 24-hour cancellation notice. All of our policies are listed on our website. We apologize for the misunderstanding. Pamela Callaway, General Manager

We stayed here one night on our way to the ozarks . The place was clean , reasonably priced and the staff very friendly and accommodating. It is close to the highway so rooms on that side are loud from the road noise ( my wife wasn’t happy) . The breakfast was the standard fare which is ok for me as all I eat is either toast or cereal . The coffee was strong which was ok . They do accept dogs with a few but service dogs are free. The hotel is very inviting and doesn’t have any odors . The place seems rather new and is kept up well especially the rooms. The biggest negative for me was the TV . The channels were either sports , news , no decent shows or choices . Sometimes it’s nice after a long day on the road to relax with a nice TV show .

We enjoyed our two-night stay at this location very much. The entire property is updates and very clean and every member of the staff was friendly and helpful. I would not hesitate to stay again and/or to recommend to family and friends. We did not get to use the pool but it looks very nice.

We stayed here for a men's conference at LM (Life Ministries). This is an awesome hotel not too far from the convenience of stores and restaurants. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were pristine all amenities worked and breakfast was an added touch of hospitality! Thanks a million Clinton staff!

The rooms were clean. The staff were wonderful! When we got up the two mornings we were there, housekeeping employees were already out in the halls cleaning. The last morning my car battery was dead and we needed help to jump start it. Brandi the Morning front desk Manager quickly said she would help! She stood out in the -3 degree weather with us and helped us!! She stayed till my car was running! I went to get hot coffee afterwards and the morning cook was closing up the kitchen. She asked if I’d had breakfast because if I hadn’t she was going to fix me something! That all demonstrated one of the best customer service all around in a hotel/ motel I’ve ever experienced! I will definitely stay there again!

Everything was excellent. The staff was super friendly. The room was pretty spacious and clean. It had a good little sink area for making small meals if needed or storing carryout. The room was clean, everything worked properly. The pool was PERFECT. The temperature, even in January, was excellent. And it was well maintained. Breakfast was great. Hot food like biscuits and gravy, was available fresh - along with the staples of waffles, juices, cereals, etc... This is THE place to stay in Clinton!

Their service was top notch!! They are great at multitasking and thats my specialty. My boyfriend C. loves taking me to hotels. Its not too far from the hospital either if you need to go there. The staff is are so funny too they laughed when I said "Well Huff me Stuff me" this is a good hotel.
