Room was somewhat dirty. Mirror had fingerprints all over it. Bobby pin on bathroom floor, along with dirt. Old bathtub. Shower curtain barely reached top of bathtub. Water did not drain properly during shower.

The staff at the breakfast bar was rude as can be. She was getting mad at guest for making messes even yelled at a 17 year old boy for leaving the lid up on the eggs. And While she was in the kitchen cooking. She was literally yelling at the top of her lungs and said that everyone out there is eating breakfast lunch and dinner when it’s just a effing breakfast bar. And she shouldn’t have to refill the waffle mix up twice. Meanwhile, there was people in non-uniform who was clearly her friend or maybe staff on a day off and the lady went back and got a box of bags from the the cabinet top shelf as I watched her and filled up Ziploc bags full of food to take out with her. This was who she was ranting too. The non uniform person had her kids in the dining area wrapping waffles in foil to take with them…. My son and a bunch of his football team members and their families stayed there last night after our football game and that lady was less than hospitable. There wasn’t anything to make her have said behavior. My family and I reported it to the front desk. People who paid for themselves and their families to stay and have breakfast the next morning should not be met with such rudeness for eating food they paid for simply because the lady had to do her job.

And they have a problem with the cleaning staff, getting people. That's not my problem the gentleman that works second shift is very polite.
And friendly we had 2 rooms booked one was okay. The other oneThey found gloves and masks underneath the pillows, obviously not cleaned but the gentleman was very nice and switched rooms and apologized for the inconvenience and when I went down for breakfast, it was like a daycare center
It was obviously the employee or employees brought their kids to work that should not happen

The room was clean, but the beds were too soft. I woke up with a backache. It was overpriced compared to other Hampton Inns we have stayed and not as nice. The breakfast was fine and the lady at the breakfast bar was great, working very hard and pleasant.

We really love this property. This is the second time we have stayed here. The hotel has been updated and is very clean and welcoming.

Good all around location. Close to freeway and right across the street from the state police post (so risk of car break ins are extra low 😀)
Clean and close to basically anything you woikd need while away from home.
