Confused by high rating and good reviews.
This was my worst hotel stay in quite some time. Check-in was quick and the staff courteous. However that was quickly overcome by a room that smelled odd (was willing to overlook as it was an older hotel) but then the bathroom sink drained straight onto the floor. Looking at the pipes, it appears that a repair has been attempted previously and had failed (there was also obvious water damage on the cabinet under the trap, so this wasn't a first time occurrence). To their credit, the staff very quickly moved us to a new room which was in good condition. Unfortunately there was a room on a different floor, which made it difficult to determine where it was coming from, that was playing loud thumping music that continued until at least 4AM. Breakfast was also disappointing: no concentrate in the juice machine but there were also no cups, so maybe the lack of concentrate didn't matter.

We take noise complaints seriously, and I am investigating why our security or night audit team was unable to locate and resolve this disturbance, even if it was coming from a different floor.The Breakfast Disappointment: The condition of our breakfast service—a juice machine without concentrate and, bafflingly, no cups—demonstrates a complete lack of readiness. This is a basic failure in operations, and I am personally reviewing our morning preparation procedures with the food and beverage team to ensure that our service is fully stocked and operational every day.We failed to deliver a quality stay in multiple critical areas.I understand that an apology alone cannot salvage your experience, As I am the new general manager and have only been here a week. Front desk staff was beyond attentive and friendly. My bathroom shower had hair all over the shower walls and on the inside of the shower curtain and the cleaning crew had already left for the day (strange), but the young lady at the front desk promptly apologized and came up to clean it herself!

My room was filthy with soap left in shower from previous guests and mattress had dark brown stains like old dry blood or something. My experience was not pleasant.

Stay was okay but no laundry
The elevator was not working most of the time and we were on the third floor. Breakfast was ok but limited and they were not ready at 6:30, it took them until after 7am to get everything set up. There were questionable stains in the hall carpet on the third floor but the room itself was very clean and comfortable. They did not have a laundry which was disappointing because we needed one and the nearest place was a mile down the road. The outdoor pool was also closed despite 80*+ temperatures.

Pros- Fair stay for the price. Friendly staff. Great parking.
Cons- My room. Had not been cleaned very well. Hair in the bathrom. And a clump of hair in the bedroom.
Breakfast had minimal options and was under stocked.

My day was definitely comfortable. Leticia the housekeeper that’s handled. Breakfast was my favorite part. She was overly polite and a dream to see every morning.

Got to hotel at 12am , having a room reservation week ahead.Room was dirty the men working at night was polite and helpful trying to give me a decent clean room ,he try giving us 4 different rooms but all of them were not clean , bathrooms dirty with hair that looked like the previous customers had shaved. Bed sheets were dirty looking like foot prints, and garbage on floor. 1 of the rooms had a really bad smell that u couldn't even stand to smell . At 1:30 something i was offer a king bed on first floor i had to accept it because of my 21 month all . Had a 5 hour drive and was really fussy ready to be in bed sleeping. The room at first was seemed to look clean but bathroom wasn't the shower floor towel was really wet and counter was dirty with toothpaste as well the doorknobs. The following day once we worked up went to front desk to atleast have back a day of refund ( we made reservation for 2 nights) and was told they couldn't do anything about it because i accepted the last room and also because my reservation was made thru a 3rd party like ******* ect.. and had to call them to see if i could have a refund. I call orbitz and explain my situation and what was i told , they call the hotel and told me the lady that they spoke to didn't want to release or give me any refund back since i stay that night. I just did had time to be arguing or trying to get atleast one day at a clean place and had to clean it my self .I try to just deal with it . Never had this experience
