Denise Peterson Front Desk staff was very helpful and address the situation with style and finesse employees like her make a business shine. Also, Corey was a nice person too.

We were woke up three times in at our stay at the hotel y the smoke alarm going off.we had a wonderful experience other then that the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

They need to fix the fire alarm system. The fire alarms kept going off during the night. First night we came downstairs at 1:30AM to evacuate. They told us to go back to sleep. Second night we ignored them, but it went off twice during the night. This is totally unacceptable.

Was a decently good hotel, breakfast was average. Only downside is the person next to me was a LOUD snorer - hotel couldn’t really do anything about that but all in all a great stay.

Everything is very good except the breakfast, room is very clean and comfortable, in a safe area and easy parking, but the breakfast is terrible, waffle mix had too much water to make a normal waffle cake, the breakfast biscuits is very hard like a piece of wood, and coffee wasn’t fresh,. Overall it is a good place to sleep if you don’t care about the breakfast.

Unable to unlock the room upon checking in long wait to check in only one person at the desk the elevator is horrible took forever to get in a room .

Honestly staff was wonderful , but the facility itself needs work, bed frame was starting to break, our microwave didn’t work, vending machines were out of water and they didn’t have any up

Confused by high rating and good reviews.
This was my worst hotel stay in quite some time. Check-in was quick and the staff courteous. However that was quickly overcome by a room that smelled odd (was willing to overlook as it was an older hotel) but then the bathroom sink drained straight onto the floor. Looking at the pipes, it appears that a repair has been attempted previously and had failed (there was also obvious water damage on the cabinet under the trap, so this wasn't a first time occurrence). To their credit, the staff very quickly moved us to a new room which was in good condition. Unfortunately there was a room on a different floor, which made it difficult to determine where it was coming from, that was playing loud thumping music that continued until at least 4AM. Breakfast was also disappointing: no concentrate in the juice machine but there were also no cups, so maybe the lack of concentrate didn't matter.

Front desk staff was beyond attentive and friendly. My bathroom shower had hair all over the shower walls and on the inside of the shower curtain and the cleaning crew had already left for the day (strange), but the young lady at the front desk promptly apologized and came up to clean it herself!
