前台和清洁人员都很棒!但是第一天负责早餐的Ryan态度极其恶劣,以至于我犹豫第二天要不要继续住下去,要知道我们的房费里可是包含早餐的。Ryan把菜单扔在我们面前,我们只好离开,之后几天都没再回去吃早餐,因为他的态度实在太差了。我们住了四晚,却只吃了一天的早餐。我额外付费吃了早餐,所以这次体验真的非常令人失望。
我提前打电话确认入住时间,大概是凌晨 12:30,前台确认时间没问题,还确认早餐是免费的/包含在房费里的。
这是我第二次入住希尔顿逸林酒店,第一次入住宾厄姆顿酒店(体验很棒)。我办理入住时,前台告诉我不含早餐,我被误导了。
和宾厄姆顿酒店的热情好客体验完全不一样,而且没有饼干,我以为这是酒店的主要卖点。
当时已经很晚了,我们(我妻子和蹒跚学步的孩子)回到房间,想着早上再跟进一下。
早上还是一样,他们确认早餐是点菜的,不包含在房费里。有趣的是,我们并不是唯一被误导的人。
早餐时,我听到另外两个家庭也对这个错误信息感到困惑。
因为已经到了,所以我们还是点了早餐。早餐的评分是 1/10,我实在说不出什么好话。价格非常昂贵,两份餐盘和咖啡加起来 50 美元,还包含小费。
我们自己找座位坐,因为店里只有两位服务员,而且没人真正照顾客人。
最后终于有人点餐了,但点餐花了一段时间才出来,而且有一份点餐错了。不过服务员很快就解决了。
有一位接待人员服务很好,我不记得她的名字了,但她非常热情友好,帮忙准备了额外的洗漱用品,因为铺床时没有替换。
还为我们的小宝宝准备了额外的床上用品,因为他第一晚住得不太好。
我喜欢健身房和游泳池。
我不喜欢延迟退房时间非常有限(只到下午1点)。
食物还可以,但种类不多。例如,我每天早上(一共四次)都要酸奶,但都没能拿到。
清洁度:窗户很脏……
不过,考虑到整体服务和表现尚可,我还是会再次入住这家酒店。
停车位不够。我的枕头上全是烟味。半夜房间里弥漫着W33D的味道。我平时不写差评,但这次住宿体验实在太糟糕了。
总体来说,酒店干净整洁。电视需要更新,以便可以使用流媒体服务。网站上关于免费早餐和延迟退房的信息也需要更新。
在酒店餐厅用餐的体验糟透了。服务员忙着安抚顾客,我们等了25分钟后终于离开了,被告知我们点的炒蛋、培根和吐司排在第三位。
房间比预期的要小。浴室需要彻底清洁。房间需要翻新。天花板上的油漆剥落了。工作人员很棒
浴室很脏。两条脏毛巾挂在浴帘杆上。床很软,但我背疼。
由于被困在城外,无法办理入住,而且他们也不肯退款。
