Very clean facility. Nice variety for breakfast. TV did not operate well, staff at desk could not provide help. Recommend booking directly with hotel, cheaper rate than any on line service.

Rooms are clean, beds comfy; water pressure was very good. There is plenty of parking and easy access to the rest of Columbus.

Check in staff was excellent! She was very nice and helpful! I was scheduled for a back fusion the next day. She was very accommodating with the shower and handicapped accessibility. I cannot get around well and it was super nice of her to make sure when I booked to answer my questions and she got me the room I needed! Room was clean, WiFi was great and my room was perfect at 75 degrees when we walked in. Thank you for this wonderful experience before a not so wonderful one!

The receptionists was extremely nice and friendly, however the hotel was rather warm. Our room ac would not get any lower than 70 degrees and the night was miserable. The bathroom also had a funny smell in it when we arrived.

Anticipating a very late arrival I did a virtual check in. I was expecting a digital key to show up in the Hilton app. Right now it's 8:36 EST and I still don't have it. I have not yet arrived at the facility to get to my room.

The hotel staff was very friendly and somewhat accommodating. The hotel elevator was broken we were put on the 4th floor and the elevator didn’t work majority of the stay therefore had to use the stairs. The air conditioning in the entire building excluding the main lobby was not working properly and it was extremely hot. I booked weeks in advance for a total of 3 rooms. 2 king size bed rooms and 1 king size suite. They tried to give me 2 king rooms and a double queen room. When I showed them proof of payment and booking for the king suite I was told that’s through ******* and their mistake. I was offered nothing to rectify the mistake, no option to be reimbursed the price difference which was almost $200.00. I was told “We don’t have a king suite available.” Now I’m out money, didn’t receive the room I’d been anticipating due to booking weeks before and zero solution was offered.

Hilton Brand never disappoints
The staff was very friendly when I arrived. I had called ahead to let them know I was running late but would still be coming in. They were amazing and made the process easy... which is always a comfort from the Hilton Brand. We have decided to make this our regular visit in Columbus when we have to come for my son's doctor appointments. Also, my son said breakfast was chef's kiss which is high praise from him. All the way around a great experience.
