I choose to stay at another Hotel. The staff wasn’t friendly.

The location was good but the air conditioning was noisy and the coffe in the lobby was cold and old and the so call breakfast was sorry

The hotel needs to spray for bugs; several bugs were on the floor in the breakfast area Tuesday 9/30/2025 in the breakfast morning. We also found a live spider on one of the bed pillows. The room A/C was very loud; it would wake us up every time it started up to cool the room. The lady at the front deck did a good job at check-in, she was helpful with questions about the area.

Found trash still left from last visitor. Shower had clump of hair hanging on wall. The mattress was uncomfortable. Very loud, could hear the neighbor through the thin walls. For being what looked like a brand new hotel and the price I just expected more.

It was very clean looking. Even the best cleaner can miss a hard to reach spot. Under the sink around the legs in the back. However, my room was fresh smelling, clean sheets on the bed. Was very happy with my room😊

I walked into the room an noticed the smell of ****, it wasn't real bad so I just let front desk know,so they didn't think it was me.
After A long day of driving all I wanted to do was take a nice hot shower an soak my back. I got in the shower an found out the shower head wasn't working.. it was stuck in 1 position, very light spray. It was almost 11pm and I had a 7am appointment so I didn't ask for a different room.
I had to use a travel companions room to take a good shower,unaware they were already in there beds.
This was a inconvenience for us both.
The staff only said they weren't sure when maintenance will come. They then stated they could give me a different room the next day.
We had already decided to get a different hotel by that point.

Extremely convient. Front desk seem like they didn’t want to be there. The lady who made breakfast was extremely pleasant, so were the 2 housekeepers I encounter. The stay was great except for the noise level coming from above or the side room.

Very nice Hotel and the Lady at the desk was very helpful. She recommended an excellent local restaurant to have dinner.
