Mattress ****** and the shower wouldn’t drain. They need to clean the hair out of it. Other than that it was great! I did like the two separate bathrooms!

Room should be improved, everything was too old.
All paints were coming off and carpet was bed.
Bathroom toilet water was leaking all the time when I flush.

酒店位置优越，在主街上，周边交通便利，吃饭逛街很方便，离缆车很近。房间很大，景色优美，能看到太浩湖和雪山。
来太浩湖滑雪住在这里，酒店设施都比较齐全，但是房间打扫卫生不积极，住了五个晚上只打扫了一次，还是打电话叫来打扫的。
我因公出差住在这里，但Harrah's这家酒店不太尽如人意。房间里有些家具破旧不堪。房间里没有微波炉可以热食物，迷你冰箱把我所有的药品和食物都冻坏了。
烟味一直飘到了八楼。房间本身很干净，但公共区域就不行了。
我不会再住这里了。我本来没抱太大期望，但还是彻底失望了。
我们很喜欢在哈拉斯酒店的入住体验。办理入住手续的时间稍微有点长，因为他们正在培训新员工。
