The room was not cleaned well. The nightstands had water stains that could have been easily removed with a single wipe. The bathroom had hair in the shower and on the towels. The sheets were stained. I would not stay here again.

哥伦布是个中部小城，酒店大都规模不大朴实无华。我们三人入住的是两房的套房，有两卫一个小厨柜+岛台，适合3-4人家庭1-3晚的住宿，一楼有小柜台卖水全天供应，可免费停车，住了四天服务人员都没有收拾过房间也没有添加瓶装水令人失望。
员工非常出色。下午班和夜间班的员工总是能立即满足我的需求。由于我在这里住了很长时间，所以印象非常深刻。销售和管理层为我提供了出色的住宿服务。万豪真的很幸运，能有这样一位关心每一位顾客的员工，无论是短期还是长期入住。此外，客房服务人员在工作日里出色地清洁了我的房间。
