Needs mild repair. Bathroom door wouldn’t lock but quiet and appeared clean. Lots of construction going on around the area and interstate

Loved this place! Very clean, and the staff is so kind. Only complaint is that the lobby was absolutely freezing, so pack a sweater if you plan to eat breakfast in the lobby!

This is an awesome hotel. Loved the large size of the room. A/C worker well. Staff was outstanding. We stayed here because of the pool. The grandkids loved it. We enjoyed the patio anf the grilling area. The last night we cooked out late but the staff didn't know kow to turn on yhe patio lights and the firepit was unoperational. Thats was the only sad part of the stay
We improvised by raiseing the shades in the fitness room and moved tables over by the window. We could see to eat. Yayy! Also, this hotel was only a few minutes from our grandkids and we got to check out the Italian Festivities that weekend. Great place.

The room was amazing for my handicapped brother. One suggestion: The TV was on a stand that was diagonal to the bed.

我们入住的时候，接待员态度很差，几乎是威胁我们，如果我们13岁和10岁的孩子在酒店无人看管，就把我们赶出去。还强迫我们签了免责声明。早餐糟透了。我们参加旅行棒球比赛，住过很多酒店。我宁愿住在跳蚤蟑螂横行的汽车旅馆，也不愿住在价格过高的豪宅里，被粗鲁的员工当成罪犯。
整个周末都在进行小联盟锦标赛，孩子们在酒店走廊里尖叫着跑来跑去，连续两个晚上都快半夜了！！管理层没有做出任何改变，因为他们说只有一个人值夜班——而且我是通过*******预订的，所以不退款也不打折！！糟糕的周末
总体来说很失望。
我们到达时，服务员不在前台。大约五分钟后，她才从后面的房间出现。她很友好，但当我抱怨房间里的插座无法使用时，她似乎并不太在意。只是告诉我她会把问题提交给维修部门。我提到价格比我预期的要高，她几乎照做了。我们回北方的路上一直在这家酒店停留。我们可能会尝试克拉克斯堡的其他酒店。
