The room was very spacious, clean and comfortable. I loved not having to worry about purchasing breakfast and the convenience of having a snack store on premises. I also thought it was helpful to not have to pay for laundry.

The staff is very nice. The room was awesome. The only problem we had was the air conditioner – heater under the window was extremely loud every time it went on it woke you up.

Room was clean, breakfast was fresh, staff was very friendly, the only complaint I do have was the bed was very uncomfortable but we were only there for one night so it was not that big of a deal. Overall I was very pleased with our stay

They charged us an extra $7 for fees. I am not sure why. It wasn’t for damages. They charged me the next day & it just says fees.

Front desk staff was polite, helpful and very efficient. The room was spotless. Would recommend staying here to friends and family. Will definitely book here again.

我们入住的时候，接待员态度很差，几乎是威胁我们，如果我们13岁和10岁的孩子在酒店无人看管，就把我们赶出去。还强迫我们签了免责声明。早餐糟透了。我们参加旅行棒球比赛，住过很多酒店。我宁愿住在跳蚤蟑螂横行的汽车旅馆，也不愿住在价格过高的豪宅里，被粗鲁的员工当成罪犯。
整个周末都在进行小联盟锦标赛，孩子们在酒店走廊里尖叫着跑来跑去，连续两个晚上都快半夜了！！管理层没有做出任何改变，因为他们说只有一个人值夜班——而且我是通过*******预订的，所以不退款也不打折！！糟糕的周末
总体来说很失望。
我们到达时，服务员不在前台。大约五分钟后，她才从后面的房间出现。她很友好，但当我抱怨房间里的插座无法使用时，她似乎并不太在意。只是告诉我她会把问题提交给维修部门。我提到价格比我预期的要高，她几乎照做了。我们回北方的路上一直在这家酒店停留。我们可能会尝试克拉克斯堡的其他酒店。
