I was initially delighted to stay at the Courtyard by Marriott Hotel in Agra, Uttar Pradesh for three days, but unfortunately, on the first night, a wedding banquet was being held at the hotel, causing a lot of noise. On November 1st, the banquet went on until 3 a.m., preventing my wife and me from sleeping and ruining our enjoyment of the next day's sightseeing. On the third night, November 3rd, another wedding was held before dinner, and the extremely low-frequency loudspeakers were so loud that we couldn't hear anything in our second-floor room. Although we requested a room change, the front desk agreed to move us to a room on the fourth floor across the street. However, after dinner, I called the front desk three times at 10 p.m. and waited for half an hour before the staff to help with our luggage arrived. In the new room, there were not enough slippers and towels, and the floor was not cleaned properly. This is not the service expected of a four-star hotel, and the room arrangement was inappropriate for placing ordinary guests on the floor adjacent to the celebration. I am disappointed with the overall service quality.

我原來很高兴地來到北方邦亞格拉的万怡酒店入住三天,但不幸首晚遇到在酒店举行的结婚喜宴高音喧扰,11月1日晚上一直搞到三点而让我与夫人皆不能入睡,破坏了次日游玩的兴致;当住到第三晚11月3日晚餐前又有另一个婚礼举行,超低音的扩音器又震得我们的二楼的房间不觉于耳,我门虽然提出换房间的要求,前台有答应给予更换到对面四楼的房间,但晚餐后在晚上十点我拨了三次前台,在等了半个钟协助搬运行李的人员才到来,而在新更换房间内的拖鞋与毛巾数量皆不足,且地面打扫的不干净,这种状况不该是四星级酒店的服务,而住房的安排不该将一般的客人安排在相邻庆典的楼层,我对整体的服务质量感到失望。
