订的西湖湖景房，房间在12层，景色还行吧。房间有点小，床有点小，卫生间狭窄。酒店地理位置不错，下楼就是西湖，步行可到镇国寺和昇龙皇城，公交146路上车现金购票5站就到老城夜市。酒店周围小超市小餐厅很多，很方便。酒店有室内温水泳池，泳池比较大，还有按摩池，泳池6点开放，很适合我早晚各游一次。酒店20层的酒吧风景很不错，从下午5点坐到天黑亮灯后直接去老城夜市吃夜宵。
酒店就在还剑湖旁边
晚上可以沿湖走一下
设施比较老属于90年代的配置了
早餐还比较在线 pho比较好吃
行政酒廊几乎没什么吃的
就在西湖边上，景色非常好，但是要看房间，有得房间落地窗位置好可以看湖景，有些房间的窗很小，拍照起来就不好看了，然后房间相对比较老旧。
超预期。酒店非常漂亮。而且在西湖边。
位置非常中心，就在西湖边上，周边很热闹。酒店应该有翻新，整体还是干净的，老牌五星水准，早餐比较丰富。下次还会选择！
酒店性价比不高。房间也不大 设施也没用过 不过湖景非常好。也有很多老外住在这里 。。想到西湖还有周边的挺不错 离老街还剑湖也就2公里
这酒店很棒，时尚又气派。住这里价格不便宜，但一切都品质一流，适合追求高品质的客人。
窗外景色简直绝美（我特意要求了高楼层和湖景房，工作人员都满足了我的要求），非常感谢他们！
地理位置极佳，景色无敌，住着很舒适。
冲着2024年开业的介绍去的。结果是2004年的装修。房间里霉味和烟味有点重，设施陈旧不便。地理位置可以，早餐类型也挺丰富，服务也很到位。就是房间设施太旧了。影响了体验。
湖景房外面的风景非常美，房间干净，法式风格，很安静，离老城区打车10分钟车程，很方便。早餐很丰富，牛肉粉特别好吃。美中不足洗澡下水有点慢。
