Hotel was in a convenient location and overall, we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast was nice but quality of items (especially the sausage links) was not good. Our guest room did have a bad smell to it. I didn’t report it to management, and I’m sure they could have moved us to another room but we were in a rush during check in and we didn’t want to move to another room.

Sheets were not clean - had what appeared to be dirt, hair, and makeup stains on them. I had to request new sheets and blankets which did not come so had to go to the front desk myself and ask for them. Left with two incorrect charges that totaled 500 dollars on my card that were not related to my stay. Mistakes happen but the hotel didn’t answer the phone for literal DAYS until I called Best Western corporate until it was finally resolved. Very disappointing stay.

Parking not well monitored. People took up numerous spaces so there weren’t enough - could have been better managed

Convenient to US-79, shopping within walking distance. Free hot breakfast and a low price gives very good value.

The place was clean, easily accessing, very close to the highway. The staff was courteous.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the front desk staff were very helpful.
We will definitely stay here for future visits to Pittsburgh.

Chose this hotel because of the good reviews it had. I was very disappointed and grossed out. Will not be staying here again.
Sheets were not cleaned from previous guest. Brown streak on sheet. Thought maybe it was a “stain”. I bring Clorox disinfectant wipes with me, the streak was not a permanent stain. Lots and lots of crumbs in the chair. Hotel staff didn’t want to compensate for the hassle and dirty room. Did give me a clean…I hope…sheet set. Shower curtain doesn’t come down far enough and water gets everywhere. Dirty spots in lots of places on walls etc.
