Good: Good location. Hotel was fairly recently renovated. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was better than expected.
Bad: Air conditioner blows on the bed. Of all things, really cheap toilet paper.

The hotel was recently updated and we could tell they took care to think about the little things. The standing shower was comfortable and had good water pressure. The room and grounds were clean and staff was always at the front desk when we passed by. Free parking in a convenient location.

We stayed six nights at the hotel. Great location near the Garden of the Gods Pike Peak cog railway in the city of Colorado Springs. Great amenities on site. Restaurant and bar. Curious professional desk personnel. No issues with our stay.

We loved staying here. Super close to everything we wanted to go and see like Garden of the Gods and Seven Falls. Nice bar, good breakfast and good pizza. Rooms were large and quiet. Super friendly staff. Everyone of them. Will for sure stay again.

The hotel was okay, the staff terrible, especially the two ladies at the reception desk were so unfriendly, almost rude. It was like being in a prison yard. That's never happened to me before. I'm considering avoiding Best Western hotels in the future.
