The only drawback was the pool did not look clean (not sure if the bottom was dirty or just damaged by wear and tear) and the poolroom was very humid and therefore it was not desirable to be in.

Great place to stay! The lobby has games for children. There was a free s’mores night! The breakfast was the best complimentary breakfast ever; it has pulled smoked chicken and tortillas for breakfast burritos. Only complaint was the pool was very cold.
通过携程预订的，4.9-4.30，预付了全款入住时的前台女士很友好。酒店比较新，房间的装修风格现代简约。给我的第一间房间里的浴缸把手是断的，有锋利的边缘，下楼找了前台，给她看了照片，二话不说给换了一间。所以，对酒店的第一印象挺好，4.22日我跟前台说我想以目前房间价格延住到5.27，还是办理入住的女士帮我做了预订，并且预授权了3548.44刀。结果，莫名其妙的，4.24号客服服务的员工说前台通知她我当天离店她来收拾房间。非常吃惊的我去前台了解情况，当值的前台员工态度比较粗鲁，不仅没有解释为什么通知客服部我提前离店，而且告诉我系统里没有我延住的预订信息，并且没有房间了。我请她联系前一位帮我做预订的女士了解情况。但是她冠冕堂皇的说酒店不可以联系非当值员工（其实后面她联系了）。接下来这位员工说好不容易给我找了一间房，我可以延住，但是不能是我当前的房费……此处省略一万字
中间我联系了携程管家，去联系酒店关于错误的让我提前离店的原因。管家很负责，联系了不同的部门，最后酒店口头给的解释是客服部搞错了，我的订单没问题，我住到4.30没问题。当然应该没问题呀，我早早就把钱都付了的呀。
虽然酒店后来也是可以降低房费让我继续住下去。但是考虑到这混乱的不愉快的经历，我于4.30离店了。
写这个评价时，距我离店已经超过24小时，但是我预授权的两笔款还没有退回。
非常喜欢在 Homewood Suites 的住宿体验！一些小细节令人耳目一新，比如免费饮用水和双喷头淋浴。工作人员很友好，早餐也很美味！我的套房配备了我所需的一切，以后旅行我一定会选择入住希尔顿酒店。
方便前往商店，驱车片刻即可到达利哈伊大学。始终干净整洁，员工友好，早餐美味！
