太太太喜欢这个酒店了!!!!!!!!!!!!!!落日非常非常美,晴天的时候简直是仙境,性价比巨高,简直无敌!!!饭也很好吃,服务很好,可以送餐上门,人均一两百能吃的很开心
私人岛有很多小珊瑚和小鱼,可以完全躺平很适合度假
地理位置绝佳!晚上还能在酒吧看到很多星星,太棒了。
洗浴用品(尤其是洗发水和护发素)对于这个档次的酒店来说,有待改进。
大部分员工都很友好,但水疗中心的接待人员没有笑容,技术也不行。坦白说,水疗中心让人很失望。
风景无敌美 酒店的午餐晚餐也很好吃 比主街上的西餐厅好吃多了 房间设施就四星级标准 但是奈何风景太美瑕不掩瑜
有中文客服、沟通会顺畅很多,科莫多行程很赶所以没有过多的时间呆在酒店,酒店虽然建造时间早、但维护的不错,酒店的落日巡航体验很好很推荐,儿童乐园还有人陪玩,但入住时间卡的很刚好、到得早也要15点才能打扫好。希望以后能越来越好

但是酒店的服务员不得不吐槽:
酒店消费必须实时结算,即使签字都不行的,我们第一天吃完晚饭想着签单最后结账。最后服务员拿着 POS 机跟着回了房间……这种被催账的体验也是很难得了
酒店大堂的View值五分
到房间后发现免费的儿童加床已经铺好(我们订的双床房并没有要求一定要加床),服务点赞。可以看出酒店在亲子这块确实做的非常不错。
房间虽然不大但是布局非常合理,空间使用感强。
唯一美中不足的是酒店的活动几乎都是要收费的,隔壁新开的万豪设备租赁使用都是免费,这一点上看来Ayana还是过于骄傲了。
风景没话说,绝美!性价比还可以的,除了服务员响应不及时,送浴巾也没人来送。比起巴厘岛的服务员的服务态度,这边差很多
忘记说了,酒店带有种族歧视,外国人入住可以提前,中国人都等在大堂下午两三点才能入住
风景优美,空气清新,但是前台会说中文的女服务员,歧视华人,酒店共11层。我提前订的海景套房,她让我去3楼,我说去高层,她坚持不同意,不知为什么,国外会说中文的服务员会认为自己很了不起,态度恶劣!
不值这个价,房间保险柜坏了响了一晚上,虽然行李箱送到房间,但是在巴厘岛1000的酒店,都有人引导到放门口,这2000多的就手指头指指电梯就完事了,我都懵了,然后房间很小,咳,也就这个酒店日落 是最值得了,但是,反正下次不会住了
特别特别好 酒店浴袍有汗味油味 与酒店方沟通了四次对方均强调其实他们换了 酒店工作人员核实此事用了二十个小时 这种锲而不舍的精神让我非常敬佩 并且直到我提出要求补偿后提出了送酒两杯 非常大气的酒店 非常棒 谁住谁是小可爱
