The room door lock was loose door would open with heavy wind. .barhroom had mold on the edges also the checkin office nothing like the pics

The hotel was dirty, definitely needs some remodeling, the check in service was very good though, very nice guy

I’d never traveled to NY and had traveled all the way from the city. The drive was rude and it triggered my asthma. The lady at the front desk was very kind concerned, offered me water, was able to get me in my rm right away so that I could rest. Beds were very comfortable it was clean quiet and affordable. I’m a woman and was traveling alone I felt extremely safe. I appreciate the kind staff so much and when I visit this will be my go to.

Staff was friendly, but that's the only good thing about the visit. The bed is uncomfortable and the room had a smell to it. I ended up leaving a day early not caring that I just lost out of money

Parking was fine place was easy to find but these may be the dirtiest rooms ive ever been in the walls had stains and a strange smell was in the room

There was a leak in the bathroom and moisture on the ceiling and the floor.
