I’ve stayed at this Travelodge a few times before. It’s cheap for a reason. The entrance is very unappealing with a (nicely) boarded up shop. No one ever seems to be on Reception, but someone does appear if you need help. Tea bags, coffee sachets, milk and sugar freely available on the counter. After check in you rarely see any staff. I was once again given room 101 - on the Main Street, right above reception. The windows are probably the original sash ones and don’t particularly fit that well meaning you hear all the town centre noise - cars, buses, delivery vehicles, drunks, arrivals and departures. The room was fine, but basic. Curtains very difficult to open and close due to a cheap rail. I find now the water pressure in all Travelodges is low. Having a decent shower is not possible. Wetherspoons is over the road, so food and drink is easily available. I think this will be my last time in this hotel.

我们到达后拿到房卡，却只能挤进狭窄缓慢的电梯。一进房间，我们就发现之前要求的一张加床不见了。跟前台说了之后，一位服务员勉强同意给我们加床，还发出了气喘吁吁的声音。床最终送来了，但没有羽绒被和枕头。我们直接问了工作人员，但他再也没回来。我们去了前台好几次，前台给了我们床单、毛巾，最后——我们又一次要求之后，终于给了羽绒被，哇！！更糟糕的是，那天晚上晚些时候，另一个家庭进了我们的房间。前台误发了重复的房卡。我们出示了我们的房卡，他们回来处理了。不久之后，我们自己的房卡也失效了，不得不到前台重新激活。那只是登记入住。房间条件——远低于预期 • 家庭房极其简陋 • 没有吹风机、熨斗和衣柜 • 沐浴露分配器是空的 • 房间闷热，没有空调 • 只提供一个小型、无力的台式风扇 • 整体空间感觉狭窄和不舒服 • 地毯磨损，有些地方看起来很脏 停车和早餐——也令人失望 • 没有现场停车位 • 附近的停车场已满，停车是一项真正的挑战 • 不提供自助早餐 • 唯一的选择是一个小小的“外带早餐”盒——平淡无味 最后的想法 这次住宿与我们的预期相差甚远。从混乱的入住手续到缺乏基本设施和服务差，这是一次令人沮丧的经历。 Travelodge Llandudno 需要在接待和设施方面进行认真改进，以满足哪怕是最基本的标准。请不要住在这里，尤其是和家人一起来的话，因为他们值得更好的。
