This Travelodge stands out from the rest The staff here are so amazing and very helpful Seb he's a superstar Had a problem in my room he sorted it straight away. Becky she one of a kind Makes u laff after along stressful day at work Just the right thing needed Been here over a few weeks now And I can't fault this Travelodge The staff best of the best.. There is a main car park and a over flow one Thank you for the amazing stay If ever back down here working I defo be having this hotel

Stayed here overnight while travelling for business. At around 1am I felt a bite on my neck and then discovered fleas hopping around the bed. The staff did try their best, but the only solution offered was a change of sheets. As a result, I was awake for the rest of the night and had to go through all of my clothes to make sure nothing had transferred into my travel bag. The mattress had muddy paw prints on it, suggesting a dog had previously been in the room. While I understand the hotel is pet-friendly, there should be a clear process in place to ensure rooms that have accommodated pets are thoroughly cleaned and treated to prevent this happening. Overall outcome of the stay: no sleep, red bite marks, and having to throw away clothing from my travel bag as a precaution. Not an experience I would want to repeat.

Originally from Barnsley/Royston stayed here to scatter mums ashes who sadly passed away in Oct, excellent service this morning from Kelly who went above and beyond to sort our room for us upon arrival to poppy on the evening shift who was extremely helpful and pleasant and sorted us out some glasses to have evening drinks, our room was of a nice size everything clean and tidy and the dogs also welcomed with open arms, our first stay but will definitely be back, Ty for the excellent service.

Another quiet, comfortable and relaxing stay. All staff are amazingly friendly and welcoming. Room was very clean. Great value for the cost.

We came to Barnsley Travelodge for the weekend, having booked a double room by mistake,the manager, Beverley, managed to juggle the rooms around and moved a single bed into the double room.Top marks, great service with a friendly and understanding manager

Beverly, the manager,was very friendly and couldn't have been more helpful, We was given a twin room on the 1st floor, which very clean with fresh linen and plenty of tea a nd coffee etc. The hotel is situated not far from the town centre, with plenty of restaurants and takeaways on the immediate vicinity, An ideal place to stay,
