The hotel has a very good location, very close to Zigong Huashang, making it easy to go out, shop, and get around.
The front desk staff were extremely kind and helpful. I originally thought my booking included breakfast, but later realized it didn’t. I was going to let it go, but the staff kindly offered me a complimentary breakfast experience voucher. Unfortunately, I overslept and didn’t get to try it, but I was still very grateful for their thoughtfulness.
All the staff provided excellent service. I was carrying quite a lot of items, and when I asked for a bag, they even helped me pack everything properly, which I truly appreciated.
The room was very spacious and included a working desk, which was a plus. The design is slightly on the older side, and I did encounter an issue where the air conditioning couldn’t be turned on. However, the front desk staff and security responded very quickly and helped resolve the issue efficiently.
Overall, it was still a very pleasant stay, and I would rate it highly.
酒店位于自贡市老城区中心，汇东公交枢纽站附近，交通特别方便。到自贡之前收到酒店通过携程发来的温馨提示，建议在高铁站坐G1公交或者打车前往，抱着试试看到想法去坐公交，真明智，也很感谢酒店想的周到。高铁站是真远，公交20分钟一趟，很快，35分钟到，以致于返程也选择公交。彩灯大世界距离市区很远，但这个位置去周边景点打车都是10元左右，还有直达彩灯大世界的公交，所以很方便。
酒店房间挺大，干净整洁。床品舒适，尤其是记忆枕高低合适。卫生间干湿分离，热水好，下水通畅。房间隔音效果好，即便是马路边，也没有多大噪音。最后说说早餐：有中西餐，冷热菜，粥品，现做米线，面条，品类还是挺丰富的。
去看灯会，交通方便。出门步行几分钟就可以到观灯专线6号的起点站，一人三元，车程不到半个小时。适合一家子出游。
还不错哦，房间也很大，接待也不错，办理入住还是快。

酒店不错，位置挺好的，卫生可以。服务也挺好的，周边有很多吃饭的地方，唯一就是亲子房像是拼凑的，布置简单了点，但性价比还不错。
看完灯会后专门选了这个西岸酒店，没有想到这么差劲，老旧酒店，装修材料质量太差了，这么多年过去了还有刺鼻子的味道，保安只管带去停车，说不管帮忙拿行李的，只管吃泡面，早餐一般
酒店地理位置很好， 很靠近自贡华商。 出门方便 逛街方便。 前台小姐姐人很好， 我原本以为我有订早餐， 结果才发现没订， 原本想说算了， 但是小姐姐给了个免费体验的的券。 可惜了我睡不醒没尝到。 但是还是很感激前台小姐姐。 她们服务都很好， 我手里拿的东西多， 要了给袋子还会帮我把东西装起来。 房间特别宽敞， 还有办公桌， 就是设计可能稍微老了一点， 我那边还有空调无法打开的情况。 但是这些前台人员跟保安都很迅速的帮我解决了。 整体评价还是很棒的。

希岸酒店是锦江集团旗下的酒店，酒店管理还是不错的，早餐丰富多彩。酒店的装修风格比较时尚。酒店距离公交枢纽很近，所以出行方便。酒店的性价比高，值得推荐。
