洗脸池和浴缸里有头发，洗脸池后面的木头，长期泡水，已经损坏了。房门也是陈年老木头。
There is hair in the washbasin and bathtub, and the wood behind the washbasin has been damaged due to long-term soaking in water. The door is also old wood.
酒店虽然不算新，但是一切的设备都保持得很好，也很干净。整个环境真的很好，很大自然的木质家具设计，加上大堂外的小湖和喷水池，景色是真的好看，好喜欢～
热水忽冷忽热，还会时不时停水
最可恶的是，因为是两晚连定，但因为行程调整，要退掉后面一晚上。在前台沟通的时候都说没问题，让我联系携程就好。然后在携程联系他们的时候，他们却拒绝了两次。
直到我离店check out的时候，他们就变卦说不行，他们是不能取消我的预定，住不住都行但费用不会退。

非常满意。房间很舒适，员工服务很好。唯一遗憾的是早餐时不知道有两个餐厅选择。我们去了欧陆式自助早餐，而不是国际自助餐。所以选择不多，但吃饱没问题。总体来说一切都很好。我给五颗星⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
俱乐部客房很宽敞，但行政酒廊服务非常有限，只有一份小吃和无限量供应的酒精饮料（非高端品牌）。
尽管设施有限，服务却是一流的。
它是城市中一处宁静的隐秘宝藏，我喜欢这里的度假氛围。
是城市内宅度假的好选择。
环境地点都很好 但酒店房间有点陈旧. 楼层很有宿舍感. 房间没有提供拖鞋实在很不方便 吹风筒也不好用 建议自备吹风筒。
房间不能开窗，都在树掩映中，特别潮湿。被子都是潮湿的。房间感觉不干净，沙发很脏，有地毯，感觉不干净。酒店外部环境不错，有度假风。搞这种房间，还有度假感觉吗？国内标准拿过来，房间大概属于世纪初产物。服务很一般，到达那天问前台，用酒店车去机场多少钱？回答60-80🐴币。第二天早上问，换了个前台，说要问一下，让我先吃早餐。吃好早餐出来，居然忘了问了。她再去问，回答200🐴币。立马再见。早餐很难吃。没啥选择。虾都是软的，很不新鲜。不知道哪些人会给好评，被骗过来。湖悦日本餐厅味道还行，贵是比较贵。
酒店很干净，员工服务态度也非常好。不过，客房里的设施让我挺失望的，自助早餐的选择也比较少。
我第二次来 Club Saujana 酒店了。服务当然是没得说，满分一百。不过可能是我运气不太好，来了两次，两次房间空调都坏了。最后他们给我们换了房间，但花了一些时间，而且原来的房间真的非常热。
其他方面都挺好的。
我去那里是为了参加一个灵修活动。员工服务很好，没什么可抱怨的。房间有点旧。地毯看起来需要深度清洁一下。洗手盆下水很慢，但我住了好几天，员工对此似乎一无所知。我实在受不了了，只好自己动手把堵在洗手盆里的纸巾掏出来。如果你把马桶盖放下来，工作人员是不会打开并清洁它的。所以如果马桶脏了，你必须把盖子掀起来，他们才会注意到。
酒店设施不多，健身房很简陋，只有一个泳池。地理位置很好，离梳邦机场只有不到10分钟车程，非常方便。
