at the time of check i selected for early check in timing 6-8 am in morning.
but hotel reception asked for extra charges for early check even though I was checking at 7 :15 am , I asked for support still issue not resolved and finally I had to pay extra charges which is not at all acceptable!!!!!

Very pathic service, mere bat check in krne sai pehle hotel main call Kiya maine unse pucha ki early check-in krna ka koe charges tho nhi hain na unhone bola koe charges nhi hain badme maine jab main waha gaya tho wo bolne lage ki 500rs extra charge lagega or receptionist staff ka way of taking bahut he kharab hain .. and wo mujhe check in krne sai pehle he bolne lage ki aap night stay ni kroge inhone kahi pr bhi mention nhi kiya tha ki inke yaha night stay allow nhi hain..or maine check in bhi nhi kiya please mujhe mera refund wapas chahiye other wise main aage esko escalat krungaa

Very dirty and small room and atmosphere is very cheap. Don't stay here with family. Very bad.

The amenities which is provided was not at all good. There was no balcony, ac was there but not working, no hair dryer, in toiletries only soap was given no shampoo is provided. Location is near but the option for breakfast was very very less.

I booked under flexible check kin. Manager told extra charges after 11 am. Kindly review and get back

Location and surrounding were not good. Room was not clean, bedsheet, mat weee dirty. Totally different from the picture posted.

The worst experience, the dustbin was full of gutkha when i entered, no washroom cleaning, the spoon was like it has not been wash from month. Switch board near my bed not working.
