I have good experience i got with the room and their services was better then other hotels i liked their cleanyness of the room and their food was excellent.

I enjoyed my stay here. The rooms were clean, and the guesthouse staff were friendly and hospitable. The restaurant food was also good.

They hadn't kept towels and soaps. After asking for towels, they have terribly stinky towels. And beds and bedsheets were stinking too. Ac was good. But with all that bedsheet smell, you can't sleep well.

Stayed in the hotel for a couple of days. It’s a decent stay for the price. Checkin and checkout process was smooth, rooms were comfortable mostly. However, it would be better if the bathroom and other amenities are maintained. The shower and pipe were broken.

Was made to pay extra for extending the stay using makemytrip service rather than paying upfront at the reception desk. I had to go through the checkout process as a person who had looted the hotel. Disrespectful and rude

I am ***** with my family of 3 stayed here for 2 nights. We have booked executive room without breakfast. At the reception, they behave a bit rude. After some ifs n buts they finally provide me a room at 2nd floor city facing. Size of the room was good enough for 3 adults. There is one queen bed and a single bed separately. It has lcd tv, locker, small wardrobe and 2 chairs with small table. 2 ltr bottle water and toiletries provided. Bathroom was good in size. But what i really didn't like is the overall cleanliness of the room as well as bathroom. Bedsheet and bathroom was dirty. There are many dark spots on bedsheet. Toilet sheet was also dirty. Jet spray was not working but after calling them they replaced it with a new one. So overall good property but not very well maintained. Cleanliness and behavior at the reception staff must have to improve.
