I stayed here at the end of August 2025. This property has recently been taken over by Meritas Hotels & Resorts, who also have a presence in Lonavala (Maharashtra), Shrivardhan, and Goa. The rooms were neat, tidy, and well-cleaned. The breakfast spread was impressive and far better than many other hotels in North Goa. The Wi-Fi worked smoothly, as each room had its own router. The staff were very helpful and polite – be it at the Front Office, Housekeeping, or Service team, everyone ensured a pleasant stay. Bathrooms came fully stocked with Biotech toiletries. Overall, it was a great value-for-money experience. The property is also centrally located in Calangute, with the beach just 10–15 minutes away. I must add, the property is being upgraded and improved – from the premium quality of bed linen, toiletries, cutlery, crockery, and glassware to the cleanliness of the swimming pool water, everything is of high standard. One important note: the hotel does not allow swimming without a proper swimming costume, so I suggest you carry your own. Highly recommended for anyone visiting North Goa!

came here with my family which consisted of my maternal cousins ***** with my maternal unc and aunt over-all this place was very affordable with only 5k inr per night including breakfast the rooms were on a different level I loved the vibe and ambiance of the room and everything was soo cool and clean and I lived the lighting of the whole place and also the bathroom was very clean too with complementary handwash, bodywash, shampoo, conditioner and moisturizer and the bathroom was very neat and clean and they had already kept towels, hand towels, sanitary pads, shower caps and dental kits too thr bathrooms lighting was amazing and I clicked many pictures there and all the appliances were working and they were in a great condition. this is goa and it is very difficult to find a good hotel at an affordable price with such good and great amenities. i was partying all night and I came back at the hotel very late in the night and the staff was still available at the counter in the lobby and the security was there too as I used to come late at night I ordered towels and cushions and the staff used to pick up the phone on time and used to give the needed things at time the staff was very polite and specially pradeep, haripriya,madam, pavitra, prateeksha, miss manju, sobit and chef sonu were grt ppl and they were so polite and gentle and they handled soo nicely the food was good too and the menu has a lot of options to choose from i didn't expect the breakfast to be this good like it was fresh and just cooked and it had soo much flavour and the lunch and dinner that I had here was good too overall this place deserves a 5 star rating and I will definately tay here the next time I come to goa for a vacation

Excellent stay and services were good. Front off staff very polite and helpful. Fnb staff very nice. All staff are good food very tasty. We were in group of 28 we all enjoyed and definitely recommend to other also we will definitely come back again. Room are neat and clean. .................thanks to calux Grand inn team.
