Visited the so-called 4-star Tehri Club Resort by DLS Hotels to spend the 31st evening. Honestly, this property does not even deserve a single star based on our experience. The stay was far below expectations. The food quality was poor, options were extremely limited, and service was painfully slow—we had to wait at least 30 minutes for even basic requests. Surprisingly, the kitchen didn’t even have a toaster, which is shocking for a property claiming 4-star standards. Although the rooms were spacious, they offered no view at all, despite us booking a premium room. There was nothing premium about the experience—neither the amenities, nor the service, nor the overall hospitality. This was supposed to be a special New Year’s Eve stay, but it turned out to be deeply disappointing. Strongly not recommended, especially if you are expecting quality service, good food, or a true 4-star experience.

We had an absolutely amazing New Year party and stay at Tehri Club Resort by DLS. The entire experience—from the beautiful location and comfortable rooms to the vibrant New Year celebrations—was perfectly planned and executed. The party atmosphere was energetic, well-organized, and truly memorable, making it the perfect place to welcome the New Year with friends and family. The food was delicious with a great variety, the service was prompt, and the staff was extremely courteous and helpful throughout our stay. Special appreciation goes to Mr. Rahul Bhandari, who ensured everything ran smoothly. His professionalism, warm hospitality, and attention to detail made a huge difference and made us feel genuinely cared for as guests. Overall, Tehri Club Resort by DLS exceeded our expectations in every way. Highly recommended for New Year celebrations, weekend getaways, and a relaxing stay amidst nature. We will definitely be visiting again!

This is a great choice to stay at in Tehri… few points from our experience: PROS: 1. Very well behaved and professional staff 2. Food is amazing 3. View of Himalaya range from the resort is unparalleled 4. We were in their premium suits on 3rd floor which are just next to the reception… and they were great 5. Rooms were big and well maintained, equipped with all basic amenities 6. Washrooms were huge, basic and clean 7. We had a big terrace in front of us which had the huge sitting area 8. They also arranged decorations and cake for our wedding anniversary celebration which was wonderful CONS: 1. Just before the day of our visit, they had the wedding party done from their resort due to which they shifted their kitchen from usual place to their wedding hall and their main restaurant was closed. The wedding hall was not completely a convenient place to sit and eat food 2. They had no variety in their breakfast menu and even the kitchen staff was not so professional which dealing with customer requests. It felt the kitchen staff and the ones at reception were not in sync on multiple topics which is not a great sight to be hones when you are at a renowned hotel. However we would recommend to stay at this place as the cons mentioned above might only be observed during our stay and can be resolved easily by the team.

The customer service was exceptional, the views were stunning, and the staff, particularly Manager Rahul Bhandari, were delightful. I highly recommend this hotel for your accommodation needs.

I had a wonderful experience at TCR by Dls in Chamba! The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was welcoming. Best place I never seen I love it best parties staff and food. Awesome big as well. Play zone is also well. swimming pool is also available best part rate is also low.Gym is also good all over part resort is good great experience in end I never forget
