We had a very nice and comfortable stay in Little Rann Resort,Zainabad. The staff is very hospitable and was prompt in their service. We had booked from makemytrip and they advised us to shift to a bigger room which was more suited for 3 adults. I suggest them to provide more detailed views of all room categories so that it would be easier while booking. Their food was very tasty and one of the best I had in my entire Gujrat trip. They served non-veg which was an added advantage. The safari they arranged was quite good as well. A very peaceful quiet place to stay so dont expect fancy things. Also keep in mind to book for all meals since this place is very remote and there isnt any eateries nearby.

This 'hotel' is in the middle of the country side, so no one is expecting high value, but, this should not prevent the management of doing the garden, filling up the swimming pool, decorating the premises .. Food is ok, but no choice, just a plate with basic food, a sweet as desert, no fruit in the morning, no coffee etc. The place and rooms look poor, no matress protection eg, electric wires hanging next to shower. The manager, an ex 'globetrotter' is fluent in French, English and local languages, and helpful, but still the place looks shabby. A simmple hotel can still look good. NO credit cards accepted, we did not know this and were short of cash, no where around to go to an ATM. The so called (expensive 65 euros for two) safari is nice but driving through rubbish (ok we know this is sometimes common) to go and see some wild donkeys which have to be chased by the jeep to get them moving and make it interesting (poor animals).... may be this place can be skipped in Gujarat. Sunset though is beautiful in Kutch...

Travelling independently with our own car and driver, we arrived at Little Rann Resort to be greeted warmly by the owner and his staff. Our room was large with a “sit out”, the photos on the website give you the impression that there is road right outside the rooms. It IS, but only for the jeeps to park. NOT a real road !! We were given a delicious lunch, including hot gulag jam for pudding. Too much for us but most welcome. We took one of the jeeps out at 4.30 with four Indian National and a good English speaking driver/guide. Good views for everyone. Saw lots of wild ass and birds. Very peaceful, not a line of vehicles making a disturbance to the wildlife. Went to a salt panning area, and shown how salt is collected by hand. Two families with children working very hard in very austere circumstances. They gave us tea in paper cups which was very welcome. Came back and en route saw large numbers of flamingos and waterfowl. Supper was delicious and served by very smiley local staff. All in all can’t fault the place. Well organised, clean and very friendly. Thank you.

Pure bliss. Visited this place with friends. A great place to rejuvenate , away from the madness of the city, and no noise pollution. Service is great, the owner is a friendly person who comes and personally interacts with you. Clean and sanitised rooms , great taste and relaxation in the lap of nature would be the clear USPs of this place
非常好的、丰盛的、多样化的、典型的古吉拉特食物。非常热情和微笑的工作人员。 房间宽敞、实用、干净。地理位置好:离野驴保护区不远,地处乡村偏僻,所以比较安静
