酒店离市区是有点距离的，不过这间酒店比市区的酒店性价比相对高，附近也有地铁站，可以坐地铁去各个景点游玩，或者下载韩国打车软件，提前预订车或立刻叫车，都很方便，尤其一家大小，超过五人以上的这个打车软件很好用。酒店附近也有很多餐厅，各式各样的韩国美食都有，只要你走一走就找到了！酒店前台服务员会说英文，他们热情周到。我们订了两间房，一间大床房，一间双床房，双床房一张是大床，一张单人床，可以睡三个人，还有一个露台，房间干净舒适，都算比较大，水温也很合适，我们很喜欢酒店的洗发水和护发素，用完后，头发特别柔顺，真想知道是什么牌子的😄酒店自助早餐食物不算多，但味道还不错，总的来说，这次入住感到很满意！
机场大巴6001停在大门右侧100米处，下车往回走。
前台在20层，小姐姐英文挺好的。我订房时选了随机房，但是备注双床，没有。
房间的卫浴有些不合理，特别是灯，半夜上厕所要么走廊大亮，要么连着排气扇一起开，排气扇的声音不是一般大。
其他灯的开关也没整明白，就是没有夜灯。
没有一次性用品，有拖鞋和水，电吹风太古旧了。

太烂的酒店，和价格完全不符！不要上当，朋友们！我已黑钻身份发誓，所有言论都来自自己的体验！早餐更是不如国内的一般商务酒店！毛巾黑的不如个招待所的，拖鞋不如个如家的商务酒店的，床上用品更差！还要2300元/晚！花洒更是跑偏流水，真心差的不得了，请国人不要上当！谢谢！
我和我的伴侣在首尔东大门诺富特大使酒店住了5晚，这是一次非常棒的体验。从我们办理入住那一刻起，Dennis就热情地接待了我们，他竭尽全力让我们感到舒适。他向我们提供了很多关于酒店和周边地区的有用信息，我们入住期间，他的服务都非常出色——绝对是五星级的！
酒店位置极佳——步行几分钟即可到达东大门历史文化公园地铁站，这让在城市里出行变得异常便捷。附近还有很多便利店和咖啡馆，非常方便。我们也很喜欢机场豪华巴士到仁川机场的站点就在酒店几分钟路程外——这对我们返程来说非常方便。
酒店本身很现代化，干净整洁，设施齐全，房间也很舒适。它绝对配得上它的五星级评级。
我们强烈推荐这家酒店给情侣、家庭或任何寻求在首尔享受高品质住宿的人。我们将来一定会再来的！
酒店位置很好，在东大门，附近有现代免税店，还有各种餐馆，吃饭非常方便。
不过服务很一般，下午一点多到的，说要三点才能办入住。等到三点，又告知房间还没好， 刚下飞机人很累，一直等到四点半多房间才好，很无语。前台说给升级房型，然而并没有，就送了两张欢迎饮料券。
房间挺大，里面有大冰箱，微波炉，电磁炉，净水器。第一次遇见房间里有空气干洗衣柜，不过全是韩文，得自己拿手机翻译软件翻译。试用了一下感觉还不错。
客房打扫一般。
性价比已经非常高了 附近好吃的也特别多地理位置很不错 主要是住着很舒服比较干净 对得起1300的价格 服务也非常好
酒店位置绝佳。我们住的是带小厨房和洗衣机的单间公寓，不过住了三晚我们都没用上。房间整体来说整洁干净，但算不上是纤尘不染，毛巾也换成了有污渍和头发的。空间对两个人来说还行，但奇怪的是床边没有挂衣服的地方/挂衣架，柜子反而设在了浴室里。
我住的不是酒店，而是公寓式酒店。
房间很宽敞，住得很舒服。
浴袍是全新的，非常柔软蓬松。
浴室里的洗手液、洗发水等洗漱用品都非常好闻。
地理位置也很好，附近有NorthFace的店，换汇点的汇率也不错，是9.9。
华人礼遇那几个字可以去掉了 全程没有见到一个会说中国话的服务人员！从入住到离开一共四天 没有一个前台会说 ，没有！还好意思说是华人礼遇？笑死！ 冲着华人礼遇选的酒店 结果我去开会 老人孩子完全抓瞎 幸亏提前有预定导游 否则在酒店真是英语说不明白 韩文看不懂！ 客房卫生和北京路边小旅店有一拼 孩子爬上床 一掀开被子就能看到一根头发 简直要恶心死了 幸亏都带着睡衣了 可惜当时手机没电 要不真得拍下来 ！ 其他就一般般吧
