I booked a 2 bedroom suite to celebrate my baby’s birthday. My sister came to visit us all the way from CT with her 3 children. My 13 year old nephew went to the lobby to pick up our food delivery where he was approached by
Assistant General Manager, Woo (female) and was told he had to leave the property by 8pm. A bit hooked up, my nephew made myself and my sister aware of the encounter. When AGM Woo was confronted about such encounter with my nephew, she sarcastically apologized and was very condescending. My sister no longer wanted to stay at the hotel because of such treatment. We couldn’t help but feel targeted. To have spent almost 500$ on that suite I felt like I was robbed of what should’ve been a great experience. My baby’s birthday celebration was tainted.

The room was fine at first until my son tried climbing the nightstand to get on the bed and it pinned him down with his legs caught in the drawer. There wasn't any anti slip in the shower in our room and then we found an empty bed bug husk on the couch. Didn't offer any kind of resolution. When i told them they didn't even ask if my kid was okay or anything.
Up to all that it would have been a great stay other than being expensive.

The place was very nice but I booked it for the pool, which had been out of service for over a week. Had I been informed, before check in I would have made reservations elsewhere since I was expecting to swim with the family. Otherwise the stay was good, the personnel, very courteous.

The room was nice and private. House keeping was amazing as always. They kept my room clean and tidy with no issues.
My only issue was with the doors. Anytime anyone left or came into their room you knew it because the doors kept slamming shut after anyone that walked through the door. At first it sounded like someone was fighting and just running betwen rooms however when i went to investigate and asked other guests if they heard doors slamming said all the doors do that now and thought someone had let their children play in the halls.

酒店费用莫名其妙的收了我三次费用 第一笔是网上在线付款所有房费及税费 第二次 Check in时候说必须付税费 又预付一笔560美元的费用 后来第二天早上又自动扣款一笔560美元 到目前为止 第一笔560美元变成了实际扣款155.78美元的费用 到现在酒店也没处理好

非常适合短期居住有中国味的家庭。周边又难吃又贵,还不如自己烧。

免费停车,房间舒适干净,配有厨房!距离纽约市景点稍远,但可以通过谷歌地图查询公交车、地铁和火车路线。我们租了一辆车开到市中心,把车停在一个私人停车场(全天平均60美元),然后乘坐地铁游览纽约市中心的旅游景点。
