酒店回复: Hi Judy, Thanks for your review, and I'm sorry about the car parking situation - regrettably not an easy one to fix as it is how the building was designed - and it can get busy during the week but as you've pointed out there is plenty of free street parking in the areas around our Hotel. We do try to make sure everyone is aware of this situation prior to booking, and have reviewed our listings on ******* and Wotif to make sure it is clear. The staff were so friendly and helpful, not just the reception but the cleaners, the maintenance guys, everyone.
Special mention to Spike, the four-legged receptionist, who was very happy to greet me with a very waggy tail as he went for a walk!

离火车站很近，但离市中心有点远。酒店干净舒适，有个小泳池和健身房。员工都非常友善。
连续两个早上凌晨四点闹钟响了。房间里显然没有人，因为每天连续持续一个多小时。我和我儿子去那里参加一场体育赛事，所以这是开始他/我们的一天的一种极具破坏性的方式。您可能认为在我们第一天与工作人员沟通后，这个问题就会得到纠正，但可惜事实并非如此。我被告知，我们将在周一接到经理的电话，进行进一步讨论。还在等……今天是星期三。非常失望。
