It was an okay room. The bed was comfy but the pillows weren't. It took a long time for the hot water to reach the sink.

I didn't get ckean towels or get my garbage emptied my entire stay. Didnt realize that i needed to request that.

Every was very friendly. We like the clean rooms parking was great. The dog enjoys the little dog park on site.

At check in we were assured that the room would be handicap accessible. Wheelchair did not fit through the bathroom door. The bottom half of the sheet on the bed near bathroom was covered in black mold like stains. Picture were shown to staff.

However, it is clear the linen should have never been placed on the bed in that condition. We will absolutely address this with our Housekeeping to ensure they are more vigilant when inspecting linens prior to placing them on the bed. We are also sorry that you experienced difficulty with accessibility in the room. We do see that you were assigned an accessible room which does have a 36" doorway. We arrived late so didn’t get to enjoy all the fun, pool, eateries…
The bed was wonderful. I requested late check out which was afforded.
Beautiful settings, art & building structure.

Very quiet clean udated new carpets good beds and linens. Mini fridge and microwave. Sky bridge to the ******. Pool i didnt use but i will next time.
Recommended i will return.

Pet area perfect. Parking is well lit.Under camera watch and lot is patrolled.
