酒店回复: Hello Christina,First please accept our sincerest apologies for the issue with the sheets. We can confirm from the photo you shared, that it was not mold. However, it is clear the linen should have never been placed on the bed in that condition. We will absolutely address this with our Housekeeping to ensure they are more vigilant when inspecting linens prior to placing them on the bed. We are also sorry that you experienced difficulty with accessibility in the room. We do see that you were assigned an accessible room which does have a 36" doorway. We do understand that not all mobility devices are the same and understand how frustrating it must have been to encounter this challenge.Thank you again for sharing your feedback, as it helps us improve.
