The road to the resort is under construction due to many projects running. It's full of dust however when you reach the resort, you will be welcomed with tea and feel relaxed. We got our rooms 3 hr late that was kind of disappointment. But the hotel staff is polite and guide us properly. Karts are available if you donot want to walk or good for senior citizens. Rooms are clean and fragrant. If you are looking for peaceful stay, you can try this. Food is amazing. Special thanks to Martina for listening to us and guide us.

An exhilarating experience full of warmth and outstanding hospitality. Taj has been an undisputed choice in our family when it comes to luxury, cuisine and feel good factor. A must visit destination when you need to let your hair down and relax keeping all worries out of the window. An awesome place for families in case you want some adventure sports and swimming desires. The staff is very courteous and hospitable. Would like to make a special mention about Reshmita who made our experience in the restaurant very special.

It is an amazing property near Gurgoan. You can only drive thru car no taxi services. It's a scenic place with natural beauty, hardly 30 kms from the huzzle buzzle of Gurgoan.

Team overall specially Ganesh and nikhil manoj they are amazing at work And they are the assets They took great care of us We were in 130 only issue was electricity fluctuation multiple times And team cud not help on that Other than that everything is 10/10

An impromptu overnight family trip in the biting winter warmed the cockles of our hearts. Wherever we go on an outing we invariably look for a Taj stay in that place as it assures us of a certain standard of hospitality. We appreciate the attractive discounts the group offers from time to time This time round we availed the 26% discount offer to welcome the year 2026 Wish we had known that Spa sessions need to be booked in advance. No slots were available during our stay We enjoyed a pleasant dinner and buffet breakfast at the Shamiana, though incorporation of heating arrangements at the tables would have been much appreciated when the ambient temperature was about 2 degree C. Hope to explore more Taj properties across the length and breath of the country and abroad in the years to come

We had a wonderful experience at the Taj Damdama Lake property. The entire stay was extremely pleasant and memorable. A special mention goes to Rohit, who assisted us throughout our visit. He was exceptionally kind, polite, and very supportive. As I was traveling with kids and it was also my wife’s birthday, Rohit completely understood our needs and made sure everything was managed smoothly. From coordinating arrangements to ensuring our comfort, he handled every detail with great care and professionalism. His warm attitude, quick response, and genuine concern truly made our celebration special. A heartfelt thanks to Rohit for his outstanding service and for making our moment so memorable.
