I’m very disappointed with my stay. The bathroom was not clean, the sink was clogged and rusty, and the room overall did not meet basic standards for cleanliness or comfort. The bed was very hard, and I was surprised to be told there would be a ₱150 charge just for an extra towel. For the price I paid, I expected much better quality and service.

Nice hotel, check in good, all staff really nice. We had extra beds in the room and hotel had no problem with this. Rooms clean and tidy. Room service food excellent. Nice pool . Disappointing aspects. No hot water in the bathroom. Main door lock to room not working correctly. Wifi was a joke. Breakfast a disaster. Corkage fees crazy. It encourages people to bring their own stuff in. Elevator had a mind of its own. No pool towels available have to use towels from the room.
我对这家酒店非常满意，所有员工都很友善随和。房间很漂亮也很宽敞。孩子们非常喜欢他们的游泳池，我们也尽情享用了免费自助早餐。如果你有车的话，他们还有很大的停车场。对我来说，所有的服务都很棒。从入住到退房，一切都很顺利，这家酒店非常适合想要远离城市喧嚣、放松身心的家庭。我们期待着再次光临。我强烈推荐他们。
房间出乎意料的宽敞。虽然装修有点老旧，但非常干净。所有员工都非常友善和乐于助人。泳池区域很大，主题也很有趣。
酒店员工非常热情，让我感觉像个王子！这地方很适合家庭入住。

度假村里的中餐很棒，但是孩子们对游乐场有点失望。他们倒是很喜欢游泳池。
饭店房间宽敞，价钱经济实惠，早餐餐点非常好吃，游乐设施丰富，适合带小朋友来玩，海边也可以烤肉，有独立沙滩！
酒店工作人员服务态度很好，治安很好，打扫卫生也很好，很干净，住得很舒服。我想再次使用它们。
