It was a little bit of an older hotel but the rooms were nice for the most part. The service was great and the restaurants on site were convienent and had great food!

This hotel is right on the Gulf. The staff and the amenities are excellent. Breakfast and front desk staff were excellent. David and Alex who worked outside and inside were excellent bartenders. We have been here before and will definitely stay again.

I enjoyed my stay on this property. There were a few issues with the rooms at check in but the staff was able to accommodate quickly and the rest of the stay was great.

Nice room. Close to the beach.
We stayed overnight on our way back to TX from Orlando. The room was nice, clean and roomy. I was really hoping for a room that overlooked the beach, and only wish the option was available when I booked it. The staff was super friendly and accommodating.

I will definitely be back to this property. Second time here and love love love it. We stayed 2 nights in the beach tower with beautiful views. Next time we will stay longer.

办理入住的工作人员很棒，但退房体验却不尽如人意。他们每晚还要收取28美元的“前台费”，虽然包含停车费，但办理入住时并没有告知。

这家酒店装修过太多次了，真应该彻底拆掉重建。
我们入住时房间里到处都是沙子。我打了四次客房服务电话才拿到卫生纸。他们说我们每天有25美元的餐饮额度，但没告诉我们每次使用都会额外收费。如果能提供干净的浴巾就好了，我跟客房服务要过，但他们总是说没有。

非常惊讶万豪酒店的状况如此糟糕。房间脏乱不堪，走廊肮脏不堪，而且气味难闻。除了糟糕的状况之外，他们唯一的“优点”就是所谓的高科技。我的意思是，他们那套高科技系统简直糟糕透顶，连已经预付房费的客人都无法办理入住，因为网络故障。我以前也住过万豪酒店，但这家比我想象的还要差。真不敢相信它居然是万豪酒店集团旗下的。酒店脏乱，员工愚蠢……
