Guess they finally got rid of the homeless people,I would have given them a room before letting them sleep in the lobby for everyone to see. The staff was very helpful and hard working. They mopped up the dirty floor in the bathroom right away, seemed like they were trying to keep the place up.

Christy at check in was able to arrange for me to have the room I requested. The person in the morning did not get her name. Was also very accommodating. The choices at breakfast was perfect. The only concerned I had was the bed. Did have some concerns. Otherwise the room was clean and welcoming. Will stay there when I visit Panama City.

The property is excellent for dogs. Staff are friendly. Room was spacious and set up really nice. Food choices are good. However, a few more healthy options would be great! Waffles were outstanding. Would have liked sugar free syrup. Overall, great place to stay and so many things to do with my dogs nearby!

The staff were really great. They were polite and helpful. The room, however, could have used a little help. My sheets felt dirty and the blanket had a burn hole and stains in several places. My son's bed was damp and so was mine? The A/C filter needed to be changed so the room was musty and that cold humid feel...and it smelled like musty yuck!!!
But the staff were really nice and helpful I appreciated their professionalism.
