设施不那么很新,但维护还是不错的,洗澡水很大。洗护用品不错,香味也好闻。
给的房间楼层不高,但景色可以,还能看到远处的海景,但玻璃挺脏。
自助早晚餐,早餐不错,有鲜榨果汁和寿司,晚餐18-23点,虽不能与国内自助餐相比,但是有牛肉,鱼肉,咖喱鸡,各种蔬菜水果等等,也能满足基本所需。
服务非常好,礼宾,前台,行李员,餐厅服务员等等,所接触的每一位工作人员都很热情,足以反映酒店的管理还是很到位的,特别感谢门口的julia,taxi到酒店,司机说刷卡机器坏了刷不了卡,我们身上又没有现金,julia主动询问发生什么事了,了解后迅速垫付了车费,她的笑容非常感染人,临走前征得她同意后特意拍了一张照片,非常有幸遇见。

位置挺好的,紧挨着地铁站,去迪拜mall 、老城区、未来博物馆都很方便。到机场t3坐地铁二十多分钟,5迪拉姆/人。每天都给很多矿泉水。房间内就可以看到未来博物馆。美中不足是洗手液的味道很恶心,有一股狐臭味
酒店胜在交通便利,地铁餐饮一应俱全,酒店早餐是一大亮点,丰盛美味!但老牌五星酒店比其他各地的康莱德略逊色,卫生间虽大,有淋浴浴缸,但没有干湿分离,且马桶旧盖板都不带缓冲;桌面台灯灯光暗,且支架有点坏。很遗憾没有像其他各地康莱德赠送当地特色小礼物。
迪拜最后一晚入住康莱德,结果大跌眼镜。前台妥妥的歧视中国游客,对家庭住客服务非常不友好!晚上带着小朋友入住,小朋友拿着行李大堂走来走去被男的前台经理看到了,竟然和小朋友假装开玩笑说要charge 他早餐作为惩罚,当时还以为真是玩笑。这是专业前台说的话吗?结果收了早餐费还另外收了500迪押金。不欢迎儿童可以列个牌子让大家一起避雷。整个行程入住了四家高星酒店,只有这一家希尔顿旗下的康莱德酒店收了小孩的早餐和入住押金,事后联系携程客服说入住应该是免押金的,回来了到现在还没退款。酒店的服务态度是衡量酒店的一切基础。
位置绝佳,早餐丰盛,谁送的够多,除此之外毫无可取之处。
图一就是所谓的海景房,真的有点搞笑了。
房间都是一层土,洗澡水也不够大洗的很勉强,各种开关都不灵敏,窗帘甚至关不严,处处都透露着老旧。给老人订的房间半夜还有白男走错路去敲门,早上退房时旁边的姑娘正在argue她的房间里闯进了陌生人吓坏了。请问一个老牌五星酒店连这点基本安全都不能保障吗?!
酒店就地理位置优越,在地铁站边,出去打卡景点很方便,几乎不晒。行政房,有礼遇,吃的很好,酒店泳池也还不错。中规中矩的五星酒店!

迪拜酒店竞争很激烈,所以他们的服务都非常热情,还和我们合影并送了纪念品,虽然那个枣子吃不明白,天际线景观的房间很大,早晨的天际线很漂亮,早餐中规中矩,没有亚洲饮食,只能吃omelette。
在迪拜最满意的酒店之一,交通很方便,距离哈利法塔只有三站地铁的距离,距离未来博物馆步行只要10分钟。房间大气宽敞整洁干净,早餐的咖啡还给拉了花,选择丰富,孩子最喜欢这家的早餐!
