Everything was quite good except for the TV control. I couldn't really figure out how to use it and no explanation came with it.
But, I wasn't there to watch TV so it didn't really affect my stay.

Clean room and I enjoyed the amenities The only reason why I give it a four star is because there was some kind of sports convention of young teen boys and they were kind of noisy the day I was there, but overall it was a nice stay

Staff were wonderful! Especially the breakfast staff. One night shift desk attendant was stand offish- but everyone else, housekeeping, other desk attendants and breakfast staff were great!

We booked and paid for King Studio Suite, but when we entered the room, the first thing we noticed are the bed is not king size and no sofa bed. We went back to the reception to complain, and he said there's no more King Studio Suite available, so we were stuck for the last room available at the hotel. Not very happy about that.
